The hotel staff is friendly, first arrived got room 201 when I opened the room The damp smell was very strong, the mattress, bedcover felt damp. The ceiling of the room had many black spots, then complained to the front asking for a change of room, thank God it was allowed. For hotel management, please do not give customers damp rooms, btw I only stayed 1 night. Can't stand the damp smell, and the atmosphere in front of the room is full of big trees

The hotel staff is friendly. The room is spacious and roomy. The AC is cool. Unfortunately the room is damp and smells musty. There are cockroaches that appear from the gaps several times. The bottom of the bed is dirty and dusty. The sheets are dusty and have lots of stains. The color of the sheets is also very dull. There is no water heater but coffee, tea and sugar are provided. The amenities are simple, still okay. There are rat droppings in the corner of the bathroom.

Staying during peak season, the room price is almost 3 times more expensive. The first time you enter the room, the smell is like it has not been used for a long time. The room's AC is barely cold, there are lots of mosquitoes. Amenities are only shampoo sachets and soap (ask for it first and then give it the next day). Breakfast is standard, only 2-3 menus. Not worth the price. You have to pay again to use an iron and hair dryer. Not recommended, unless there is no other choice during the holiday season.

It's actually good, it's just not well maintained, there are many electrical outlets that can't be used, the floor is dirty, and the AC drainage is unclear, it drips in front of the door hahaha, but the swimming pool is okay, it's just a bit small, the wifi is slow btw

Good hotel service. The car could not get out of the parking lot, the hotel lent the car for free to go out to a relative in Jogja.

All is good and nice, AC and water heater are working very well. Just please pay attention to the outdoor AC installation settings so that it is better

The receptionists are friendly, typical of Jogja people, the location is good on the side of a main road, the parking lot is quite spacious, there is a stall in front of the gate with delicious food and friendly prices.

Family room, there are still 2 rooms inside (spacious room) + 1 bathroom. The staff is quite friendly. The downside is that the wifi doesn't reach the room.

Accidentally spent the night here because it rained. This hotel is actually a hidden gem. It's close to everywhere to find daily necessities. It's just that the cleanliness needs to be improved and given special attention. Also, the impression of a boarding house needs to be changed in terms of lighting in the room, just make it bright. The shower also needs to be improved because only 3 holes come out. I think it would be better if the shower was made with more water discharge. The initial impression of this hotel seems "half-hearted" like hesitant if people will run. There are many things that can be maximized and explored. It's a shame with so many advantages but it feels like they are not presented. Hopefully it will be constructive input. It can be done. It can be even more optimal. Good luck.

The place is comfortable and very cheap. Suitable for tour groups because it is affordable, the rooms are clean

Power outage, no backup generator, total chaos

The room smells of dust, like it's never been lived in. The pool floor is mossy. The cleanliness is really lacking.

The rooms and bathrooms are quite clean.

There is no cloth (mat) at the entrance/exit of the bathroom, the side room is having a toilet smackdown🤣 it doesn't sound good even though it's midnight 🤣, apart from that it's great, just to sweeten my comment🙏

Even though at that time the receptionist herself told me that there was an officer bringing my things because I happened to be staying with a large family, but instead the officer just told me the location of the room and we each brought our things. If you don't want to bring the goods from the start, you shouldn't have to say that you want to bring the goods. Hopefully it can be a lesson for the future.
