Take an executive room and get a room with a rather scary, dark and damp atmosphere, especially in the middle of the night, it feels like someone is watching, maybe the effect of the legendary hotel from the Dutch era, for an experience, otherwise the service is okay.

The hotel staff are very friendly, especially at breakfast, the service is satisfactory.

For a staycation that doesn't want crowds, this is perfect. But maybe next time there's music or Batavia Cafe has special events, and we'll make it more frequent.

I am a family with 2 children and 2 nephews. Booked 2 rooms for 2 days and 1 night, and we got rooms 111 and 113. Everything seemed normal and fine. The staff quickly took our suitcases and all our belongings. After that I was directed to the parking lot behind the hotel, which unfortunately was very narrow and a bit smelly. After I returned to the lobby I immediately checked in without having to be asked for a deposit or anything like that. We arrived around 4:00 PM, everything seemed normal until I occupied room 113 with my son and 1 nephew, while my wife and daughter and 1 nephew were in room 111. What was noted was the condition of the AC in room 113 which was lacking in terms of fan, and the cold made the room feel hot. Then the toilet took a long time to flush, as if it was leaking when filling it took quite a long time. The toilet on the first day might not have been a concern for us because it could still be flushed using a spray, but we complained about the AC, and the technician came, and the technician suggested moving to another room, because it needed to be checked outdoors, etc. I, who already had a family in the next room, of course objected, and the hotel even offered another room on a different floor, which I reluctantly refused because I didn't want to be far from my wife and child. The toilet was also checked by the maintenance team the next day, but the problem was still not resolved. Finally, until we checked out at around 11 am, the AC and toilet problems were still not resolved in room 113. As for the plus points, the area around the hotel is very nice, the food is quite good, especially the Ghost Coffee. The hotel staff was very friendly, it's just that the occupancy when I stayed was quite full, and there was an event on the ground floor on Friday afternoon making access for cars and people to get in and out a little difficult. Would I return to this hotel again, of course, outside of the problem in room 113, we were very satisfied with this hotel. Hopefully in the future we can come back here and get an even better experience.

Very friendly, helped with everything

Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but since the room was ready, we were able to check in immediately with the assistance of the friendly staff. We received a warm welcome, a well-served breakfast, and a delightful dinner. Our order of goat tongseng (lamb toast) was unavailable, but it was replaced with delicious Maranggi satay. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. Overall, a pleasant two-night stay made our 25th anniversary holiday even more meaningful.

There is a senior staff at Savoy known as Abah, who is very friendly, provides excellent service, and creates a comfortable atmosphere during breakfast.

The check-in process took a while, perhaps because it was the weekend. The aisle leading to the bed had a slightly sagging parquet floor.

Historic hotel, close to Braga, rooms are adequate, unfortunately the toilets are a bit smelly..

I have a pleasant time staying here. As a matter of fact, I always stay at Savoy every time I travel to Bandung. Nice hotel, friendly staff, historical sites, accessible to town.

When Covid was over, I initially wanted to go straight to a staycation, and chose Savoy Homann as my choice. I really liked it and met Mr. Sukirman, he welcomed us at breakfast with a friendly and sincere welcome. Four years later, I returned to this hotel and met Mr. Sukirman. He was still humble and still remembered us. Stay healthy, sir, and always be kind to all customers, and remain friendly and sincere. He can be said to be a legend that the next generation should emulate. Keep up the good work for the Savoy Homann hotel. Next time, I will visit again 👍

Thank you Savoy Homann for being a part of my birthday trip this year. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The dessert, waffle and ice cream, was really good, and the most popular item was cotton candy 😆

The hotel staff is friendly, it's just a shame the rooms seem old.

The Savoy Hotel is strategically located, walking distance to Braga, Naripan, Banceuy, and even Lengkong. It's highly recommended for culinary destinations. The pool is comfortable, protected from rain and heat. This is my second stay here. 👍

As usual, stay here again due to surrounding and friendliness

This has been my favorite hotel since I was little. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's located in the city center, close to the town square.
