I've stayed in many hotels, but honestly, this one is the friendliest and has the best service. I booked three rooms with my parents and in-laws, and they were delighted to stay here. The food is delicious; it's a shame to stay here without breakfast.

when I checked in, it turned out that I got the room at the very end.. the room was quite spacious.. but the AC was really cold and couldn't be made any colder because the AC was central.. then the door lock was a bit difficult to turn, I had called a technician but it was still difficult to turn.. Please fix the door for the hotel.. it would be a shame if someone stayed in that room.. thank you Hotel Savoy.. always be successful..,🙏🙂

Heritage atmosphere and very comfortable, just input for a class of hotel * 4, room 153 please replace the BED, it is no longer suitable because it is very uncomfortable to sleep in, slumped in. otherwise this hotel is very comfortable. Please listen to this complaint so that it can be better

The hotel needs major renovation. I don't think they should keep selling it until they do a major renovation. Everything is too old and not working properly anymore. It's located right in the center of the city—if they did a major renovation, it would definitely become a top choice of hotels in Bandung again.

Suggestions for improvement:
- because it is a fairly old hotel, there are several room facilities that seem to need to be replaced, such as loose electrical sockets, the closet and shower should also be replaced because they look quite worn out
- the hot water in the bathroom has to wait a long time to be turned on, several minutes before it feels warm
- the initial check-in time was informed at 15:00, which is quite long compared to other hotels with check-in times of 14:00
