Staff's English language speaking skills not that great. Need more options on breakfast , customers willing to pay more. Need an English speaking staff at the reception desk at night time.

Perfect place to sleep off jet lag before our cruise

Don't do it. The beds are awful (like sleeping on giant toothpics) that was the top of the mattress. The pillows are flat and you get one each. There is nothing on site or within walking distance. AND if you book through a third party like expedia dont plan on getting the room you paid for or have it come close to what it looks like on pictures. The property is dated and needs much tlc.

Very traditional Mediterranean property, lovely location and ability to use Beach club with gorgeous pool for 20 Euros

Stayed her for one night before my cruise out of Civitecchia. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else. Place has NOT been updated since 1947 ( just guessing ). HAd a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator,m opened the window for fresh air, all kinds of bugs came in. Place is out of the way, and need to get a taxi to anywhere, which wasn't cheap. Manager made a 930 and shuttle reservation for the next day, then had no concept of any reservation that he made for us

this is a hotel but also a long term residence for workers in the area. hotel is very far from cruise port taxi 40 euro . there is nothing around except a pizza place and a coffee place which we did not use. walking to centre of town is about 40 minutes walk very long. room was clean but bare. with other choices available i would not stay there. too far and very simple hotel the pictures on expedia were not the true look of the hotel even the taxi guys did not know about this place. staff was nice and breakfast very good. the price paid was not worth for this hotel. expedia was misleading on the pictures and info ( distance from port )

It’s a place to stay…nothing fancy, but our room was clean and every employee we talked to was nice and helpful. It’s a little dated and in need of some TLC, but for the price, it was what I was expecting and what I needed.

For American being in Europe for many times I can’t get over how cheap the rooms can be in their colors or the furniture or materials they use. I would still give good reviews on people and staff.

This place was very outdated. The rooms had the bare minimal which made our stay very unenjoyable. The beds were uncomfortable and there was visible dust on everything, which makes you wonder how often they clean the place. Only one of the bedrooms had a TV, the other clearly had a connection for it but for some reason it was missing. Our room was also missing a hair dryer, and speaking to another guest, we found out they had one in their room. The staff wasn’t able to give us one since their hair dryers are supposedly wall-mounted. We also had an issue with the place’s location since it’s an 30 minute walk from any decent restaurants or stores and taking a taxi anywhere is going to cost a pretty penny. Overall a very frustrating experience. If you’re looking for a place to stay near Cevitavecchia port before going on a cruise there, avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and find a hotel closer to port.

Mostly good. It was only 10C/50F outside over night. I was chilly over night.

The staff was super supportive of a crisis situation fir us. Masde things easy. The room itself was large and spotless if not exactly the most modern or luxurious. Great value for the money

This property could be great but it looks like they are just too lazy to keep up the maintenance I am stay just down the highway in a hotel that is 30 percent less and twenty times better

The room was vintage and the plumbing gurgled all night. Floors were not fully cleaned. Certain food items ran out a couple of hours early. Staff tried to be friendly and helpful but claimed to be unable to address shortfalls.
