Great place, would highly recommend

We arrived at midnight. There were no staff there. No phine number to reach anyone. One of the two beds in our room was not made up. Impossible to sleep with no bedding. Had to go to another hotel.

Easy to commute

Great hotel, large room and great staff service!

Someone knocked out the power on an entire floor. They used a device that exceeded 18 amps according to the staff. Power was out from 3am to11:30am or later. Outside service had to come in to reset breaker which prolonged the outage. Hotel offered no recompense.

Frot dest was amazing in giving recommendations on different things to do.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Zurich, in less than 10 minutes you can reach the train station and in 8 minutes you can reach the center of beautiful Zurich. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The person at the front desk was very friendly and answered all our questions.

Everything was good but they charged for extra breakfast saying that Expedia didn’t charge for the kids breakfast. Very disappointing when you paid everything through Expedia. Wouldn’t stay again

Hotel served its purpose. Limited car parking on site, managed to get the last spot when we arrived. Rooms were big which were good. Didn't get to use too much of the hotels facilities

Good restaurant.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hard to park if you come in the early evening since there is a nice restaurant that is attached to the hotel that gets busy. The two key system is very efficient.

near the train station so very convenient. Staff are nice and the hotel is clean. Room was very clean and had large windows. Not far from the airport so some overhead noise but convenience makes up for it.

I found mold in the shower tiles as well as the shower curtain. The tower holder was broken.

Room was located at the corner of a very busy intersection. Very very noisy. I asked to be moved but the hotel was full and the staff did not bother to try to move me the next night knowing how noisy this room was. Accommodations were very basic. Room was tiny but clean. There was no air conditioning. It was mid July and very hot outside. The room just had a fan with a very short extension cord. This hotel should really invest in air conditioning. It was not pleasant . Hotel is located at a 5-10 walk to the train station and food shopping which was convenient for us. I would not step there again

Needed early check in after 11 hour flight and had emailed request,but unable to accommodate. Property was clean

Very good hotel. If you want to visit Zurich, it is a good option to stay.

Only one train ride to Zurich airport or city. Very convenient location
