The property is beautiful, inside and out! The owners are friendly, helpful and seem to love that they do! The house is amazing, the rooms are updated and very comfortable. Breakfast is lovely and flawless. They recommended two great places to have dinner. The house is located within strolling distance of the coastal cliff trail, and a must-see. The trail also brings you right into town. When it came time to depart, the owner brought me to the train station personally rather than call a taxi. What a treat this place was! I can't recommend this property highly enough!

Very accommodating owners; allowed me to leave my car all the next day after check-out very early in the morning. Not far from town centre. Off-street parking felt quiet/safe for car & bike. I would definitely stay here again if in Arbroath; and would definitely recommend to others. (Staying for "Ride the North" cycling event.)

The room and bed were very comfortable, the breakfast was to order and delicious. The owners were lovely! Lots of little touches that made the stay very nice…I will be back I’m sure.

A magnificent B&B in a small seaside town. Beautifully appointed rooms in a beautiful mansion with a great breakfast and our hosts were very welcoming. A highlight of our trip to Scotland.

This B&B is probably one of the nicest that I have ever stayed in. The hosts are lovely and were eager to make our stay comfortable. It is a beautiful home that we were welcomed into. We will definitely return

Urs and Anita were excellent hosts, very friendly & helpful. We felt well looked after. Very nice property with comfortable room and facilities and in excellent location. Only a few minutes walk from seafront. Will certainly stay here again if ever back in Arbroath.

This was the nicest Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed in. The owners went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The mansion was beautiful and classically decorated. The breakfast was truly gourmet and plentiful. We highly recommend the Brucefield.

Excellent property, convenient location, amazing breakfast and wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful break at the B&B for a number of reasons, the couple who own it were so welcoming, the amenities were brilliant and every detail has been thought of. It’s amazing they’ve only been running for just over a year. We were visiting for The Open so missed breakfast two days but were offered cereals whenever we needed it and there was already fresh orange juice and milk in our room. When we did manage to have breakfast it was delicious. We’re already planning our return.

This B&B deserves everyone of it's five stars. You name it they had provided it and if not available they would get it. Lovely sitting area for guests to share time. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent.

The owners have thought of every detail to make their guests happy. The place is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast is excellent and offers a range of options including the famous Arbroath smoked fish. Highly recommended.

Urs and Anita were wonderful hosts. Everything from our welcome to the generous breakfasts was amazing. The little extras they provide make this the best place to stay in the area and we can’t recommend it enough. The large garden area is an ideal place to relax on a nice evening or the weathers chilly the comfortable lounge area is there as well. This is one of the best places we stayed and we wished we’d booked more nights here, but we will definitely return

The property was very clean and comfortable but what really made it was the service and hospitality of the hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend the Brucefield Boutique B&B.

Exceptional, would highly recommend. Warm friendly host , that could not do enough for us. Will definitely return again soon .
