Clean room owners were very nice,great breakfast. The only thing against it is its not near to buses or shops. Quite a walk for us being older.

The bed was softer than ours at home, but acceptable. Very amenable hosts, we were unavoidably delayed on our arrival, our ferry crossing was over 3 hours late leaving Ireland. We advised our hosts who welcomed us warmly. Our breakfast was excellent each day. Downside, lots of stairs to negotiate, having broken a hip two years ago, i find them difficult. And the other issue, is parking. Car park is small, on street parking at a premium. But all things being equal, a very pleasant stay.

This property was very nice, well maintained and a short walk from the waterfront. The owners were very friendly and helpful, available whenever needed. Although I loved the Hotel, I was not at all impressed with the town of Torquay, needs a lot of work.

Lovely guest house. Very clean spacious and comfortable room. Owners were great and welcoming. Brilliant breakfast. Good location between Torquay and Torre stations, and pleasant walk to seafront. Would definitely be happy to stay again when visiting Torbay.

Debs and Mike provide a very comfortable home-away-from-home! My room was lovely and there were a variety of options for a good breakfast. Debs and Mike are very engaging and full of ideas/suggestions as to what to do and see in the area. Highly recommend the Acorn Lodge!

Fantastic BnB run by wonderful hosts. Breakfast was lovely and well cooked. Our room (Room 3) was spacious and very comfortable, with a nice little balcony. Really cannot think of one bad point.

A wonderful stay with a fantastic Deluxe room. The proprietors are welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was large and extremely clean. Facilities, including a balcony, were excellent! Definitely recommend and already booked a return visit.

We enjoyed everything about Acorn Lodge. It was freshly painted. It was comfortable, hot water freshly done breakfast well presented. Everything about it was excellent, including the owners. Would definnately recommend this place.

From being meet by Deb our stay was great Everything you could ask for at had, clean, fresh and even an iron and board. Fresh cooked food and to your wishes can not fault in any way. Bridget

A lovely B&B. The property is attractive and very clean, the cooked breakfast is great, and the hosts are lovely. A short walk down the hill to the seafront with its restaurants, and near pubs and shops in the other direction. We had the family room, which was fine. Perhaps more suitable for younger kids and it would be useful to have a wardrobe to put things away.
