The lady on reception (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was polite, friendly, welcoming and super efficient.

On our return trip to London we were given a better room with a queen size bed. We were also given complementary breakfasts. We really appreciated it.

Clean bed and bathroom. Dated facilities.

We have used this hotel over the 10 years and always book the room with Breakfast. This time I got charged extra for breakfast

Decent quality hotel in a good location approximately 10 mins walk from Eastcote tube station.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable beds and a sensible price

Location was great. Parking was included in our booking but was confusing with all signs up saying parking was £2 an hour.

Just returned after spending one night at the Tudor Hotel. Used as a base for a visit to Wembley for the FA Cup Semi Final. The Hotel is ideally located next to Eastcote Tube Station so was the perfect place to stay. The tube has a direct link to Wembley. Check in was straight forward, we arrived early (12 Midday) but was unable to check in until the 2pm check in time. Had a drink in the bar and sat in the beer garden before the short walk into Pinner, plenty of shops/restaurant's in the area. Minor improvement's could be a little extra TLC to the room to be given a 5 star review. There were holes in the wall from the door, old curtain rails left up that were no longer needed and the shower/bath could have done with a refresh of new sealant. I would recommend this Hotel and I would use again. Very Happy with the stay even though my team lost :-(

I book mistakenly and less than 24 hours I try to cancel I was told I would not get my money

This is where I stay whenever in the area. The bonus for this trip was that the restaurant was open for evening meal and was very good

Comfortable room albeit small and dated. Very comfy bed and a good place to spend a night at.

3 comfortably sized beds in triple sharing room, with an equipped pantry; free ample parking space for use by hotel guests;

Hotel really needs a refurb

Stayed in this hotel many times in the past and they suddenly longer allowed food in the rooms! Which happens to coincide with the opening of their new restaurant! Please put that you no longer allow your guests food in their rooms your website and on the hotels websites as it will no doubt it will have people beating down the doors
