Great place to stay close to airport.

There are is no warm water in hotel

I rented multiple rooms for our group, and multiple of them were smelly, the towels were damp, and it was generally unclean. It was an unsatisfactory stay.

Overall good experience, copious breakfast. Small improvements could be softer bathroom towels, and not having to use hand soap to wash body and hair, or at least that’s what it said on the bottle - hand soap - for the shower.

Hotel położony blisko lotniska, jakieś 10 minut Bolt - em do lotniska. Bardzo przyjazny i uprzejmy personel, przede wszystkim uśmiechniety i pomocny. Nie korzystałem ze śniadania, gdyż bardzo wcześnie rano musiałem jechać na lotnisko. Czysto i wygodnie, bliskość lotniska nie powoduje utrudnień - POLECAM !!!

Great place to stay for a quick overnight or two. Easy tram ride to downtown. Quick cab ride to the airport. My got to place when travelling by air in Warsaw.

Absolutely recommend to anyone ! Deserves another star. Service top notch, clean, professional and helpful. Many Thanks, will come again !

It was very cold in the room.

We had a good time, but needs some improvement Like broken shower, need fixing in rooms. Also air conditioning not working properly.

+ Fast check in, standard room. Good location, close to airport, public transport just front of the hotel. - After first night I recognised that is quite cold and AC is just blowing air without any temperature ( no heating ). - Breakfast is not worth the price 12Eur. - After my return to the hotel afer second night I asked reception why there was no cleaning. Answer: it is made after 3rd night. I said, Ok but nobody informed me and please take out the trash at least. Of course nobody came to make the service. At the evening I complained about cold room. Answer: we will start heating from next monday. I asked for solution, so they just put electric heater on the reception desk. Rest was my responsibility. - Cleaning was not perfect, even I find on bed some human liquid, and it was covered just by bed sheet. Bathroom was not spotless, lipstick on the electric switch, mirror dirty. B&B official web site statement: "Yes, each room at B&B HOTEL Warszawa-Okęcie is cleaned daily." You can find better accomodation at the corner of street . B@B hotels dissapointed.

I thought the rooms and overall hotel were great, especially for the price! Getting to the airport took less than 10 minutes.

Nice hotel close to the airport and trolly service right in front for getting around town. Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Would definitely stay again.
