This is one of the best Family resorts in Protaras. Close to everything and great for kids and adults alike.

Great waterpark and clean rooms. The buffet room was too small however and people were squashed whilst trying to get breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It is a family hotel so don't expect luxury. Good size room very well equipped. Good swimming pools. Interesting slides at the waterpark. Good food with very good service at the restaurant. A 5 minutes walk to the beach. I can't find any serious negative things to say.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Oasis. Lovely spacious rooms, amazing dining options including 3 restaurants off site, good quality drinks, lovely friendly staff and only a short walk to the main strip and beautiful beaches. We willl definitely be back.

Very well run hotel.Special thanks to Rafaela, Anufa,Ludmila,Sagar and of course Antonio. Excellent members of staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was good. The food and drinks were of high quality. The off site restaurants included in our deal were a nice change. I have stayed in better hotels and paid less, and have stayed in worse hotels and paid more.I think the all inclusive deal stopping at 11:00 pm is a tad early, but understand if it cuts back on drunken behaviour.I feel the entertainment area is in the wrong location. It does not encourage the participation of a potentially captive audience. Very near the town centre, so ideal if you need a change of scene.

The hotel is in a great location which is why we've stayed there for 3 years now. The major problem at this hotel is temporary employees that are untrained or ones who steal from guests. We complained that the housekeepers were not properly cleaning the floor and they told the woman cleaning the room that we complained so she came back very upset and giving us attitude for complaining. The next day the same housekeeper came and stole my Bluetooth Headphones which are very expensive 200 euro. I only noticed that they were missing the next day when we checked out and the very first day the same housekeeper took all the euro change about 4 euro off the desk in the bedroom. My mistake was not saying anything the first day. I just wanted to have a good vacation with my wife and kids without drama. So the third theft in 4 days was the second day both my kids slippers were left poolside and we reported them to the front desk and pool keeper. The lifeguard told us that he found them and put them on the stairs next to the pool the day before. If an employee finds something and doesn’t give them to front desk lost and found or to pool lost and found there is a major problem with these temporary staff. They just don’t care about guests.

Perfect hotel for families, kids loved the waterpark, playground, mini golf and kids club. I love that there was an Adults Pool. Great staff all round, polite, professional and really went that extra mile to make sure we were looked after. Food was excellent, plenty of choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. I will definitely be looking to book this hotel in the near future when I return to Cyprus. Thank you to all the staff x

This property is very family friendly with lots of activities for young children and adults with a pool side bar and games on the big screen.

This is the 2nd time myself and my husband have stayed. The staff and hotel are just wonderful an can't do enough for you, the room is always spotless and the pool bar is lovely too.

This property is a perfect place to stay. Convenient to beach and even sites in the area. Highly recommended.

Very clean! Rooms were spacious

This Hotel is really one of the best I have stayed at in Protaras! I have been visiting this area for a long time and I can say from experience that this hotel is one of the best in terms of Food, Pool, Bar, Rooms and Location. I will definitely be coming back! It had to many storages. It was good to have toothpaste, sewing things, tissues, body lotion, slippers. The breakfast also was good but It should have more things. For example, Soyia milk, crackers, and cakes.

i loved everything about this hotel. from cleanliness to the delicious breakfast to the amenities you have in your rooms to its location which is a 5 mins walk to the main bar and shopping street in Protaras. I recommend anyone staying in protaras to book in this hotel.

Property was clean, service was good, food was good, pool area was nice. Four people (parents with 2 teenagers) stayed in a one bedroom suite. My only complaint was the bathroom was quite small and was not meant for 4 people to share. King size bed was okay but my kids complained their beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
