We also appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding our policies and additional costs, and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do have a policy on the maximum number of guests permitted per room. Should an extra person be registered, our charge is 200 THB per night; this covers the additional use of amenities, as we do not provide extra beds. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the 800 THB cost you mentioned. This amount does not correspond to our extra person fee, but it is very close to our nightly rate for some of our rooms, such as the Grand Deluxe. It is possible this was a quote for extending a stay for one night. We regret any confusion this may have caused during your stay. We value your feedback as it helps us communicate our policies more clearly. We hope that despite this misunderstanding, you were able to enjoy your time exploring Bangkok.
