Very impressive and good, friendly and comfortable environment

I checked in using the app, at 23.00 when I wanted to check in, I was told I couldn't check in because the receptionist (HENDRI) admin had gone home at 22.00. I asked for the admin's cellphone number but it wasn't given, I asked for permission to be connected but it wasn't allowed because they were new employees and didn't know anything, so they told me to come back tomorrow morning, (no brain) hopefully Traveloka can close the cooperation with this hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful with the check-in process.

The toilet is dirty (not cleaned) and the condition is smelly, lots of cobwebs in the room. Sorry, but not recommended.

Banjir. Air masuk ke kamar.

The check-in and check-out process is fast and hassle-free. The rooms are quite clean but a bit dark. It's just that there was an unpleasant incident at dawn when I left the key in the room when I wanted to borrow a spare key from the receptionist, no one was there. Then there are gentlemen who take care. Even in the lecture with these gentlemen. Why can you miss? everywhere the key should always be carried. Blah. Blah. Blah. It's like I'm a thief. It would be better for employees to be given SOPs in dealing with guests, what guests need to be served as well as possible, even though it's only a matter of leaving the key in the room. It also doesn't take 3 minutes to help open it.

Kamar nya tolong dong dicek shower buat mandi ga fungsi jadi mandi ga bisa malah pakai semprotan wc duduk, lantainya juga licin kaya ga pernah di sikat. Kasurnya juga dong dicek lagi baru juga masuk rebahan pakai pakaian lengkap ga ada lepas kerudung banyak rambutnya. Itu tiap tamu ganti, ganti sprei ga sih:(yang lain aman sih, ac lumayan dingin. Cuman kebersihan nya tolong ditingkatin lagi

Privasi terjaga,mobil/motor bisa parkir di depan kamar.

The room is not clean, smells of mice, the toilet is dirty, the water is dirty at first, the floor is dirty, only 2 lights on, hopefully in the future it can be repaired, Thank you

Rooms are quite spacious, suitable for families. Parking space close to the room. Hot water reaches the sink faucet. What is unfortunate and disappointing until 8:00 a.m. over breakfast is still not served.

Not clean and impressively unsupervised

Nice place, good services, just need a bit of room repairs and furniture upgrades that are already not feasible.
