Initially we got a smoking room, but because my child and I have a history of asthma and can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke, we asked the receptionist to move rooms, eh... we didn't know we were given a special upgraded room + fruit and all that was free and we were taken directly to the room by the hotel management, Mr. Karnadi, and our suitcases were carried by a friendly bellboy. The check-in and check-out process was fast. In the lobby there are many instagrammable photo spots, access to the city center is also close. Thank you Mahkota Hotel Singkawang.

The hotel security staff were very friendly, but unfortunately the wifi was slow, the towels, bed sheets, and blankets had lots of stains, there was lots of hair and rubbish under the bed, and the kettle was dusty. Even though it was comfortable.

very good for staying, the room view is very nice, there were no towels at first but it was reported and quickly handled, but when it runs out at night, the gallons of water on the hotel floor often run out...

4 Star Hotel, the best in Singkawang BUT in the room I occupied on the 15th floor - The AC is not cold - The hotel corridors also feel hot and stuffy - The bathroom water is small - Worse still, flushing the toilet after pooping is difficult - When taking a shower the water is not smooth. - Worse still the water does not flow smoothly so it leaks 1 bathroom is all flooded Please improve the maintenance so that it remains an option when returning to Singkawang

Overall ok..enjoyable, but there is one thing I noticed here, when checking in and mentioning the booking and the name of the person making the booking, the receptionist checked then asked her friends who were in the room there by mentioning my name (her friends couldn't be seen from my position), after that they laughed including the receptionist, rude treatment, attitude needs to be improved

Mahkota Hotel, the room size is quite spacious, the three of us are spacious with an extra bed. Check in and check out are easy. The hotel lobby is very beautiful. Friendly service. Clean room. We can sleep comfortably

When going to Singkawang, I always stay at Mahkota Hotel because it is in the city center, close to everywhere, easy to find food, there is a swimming pool, spacious rooms, quite complete amenities. The only downside is that when checking in, I was told to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready. Even though it was past check-in time.
