Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable. I had a great night's sleep.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Service and kindness is the best I have experienced in all of Thailand and Cambodia. The receptionist is absolutely lovely and speaks perfect English(her name is ponlok), she saw I was hot from cycling and immediately offered me cold water and told me to sit down and relax, even turning a fan on in my direction. The check in was the speediest I have experienced in all of my travels. The room is spacious and yet comforting, the bathroom is big and clean with a western toilet and plenty of toilet paper. The room is stocked with complimentary water Sugar, coffee, creamer and some treats, the room has everything U need, cool air conditioning fridge kettle, landline phone , tv and even a clothes line along with 2 sets of thongs too. This hotel is among the best I've stayed in south East Asia and it punches well above its weight in terms of value for sure.

It the reasonable price hotel in town and the rooms are clean. The amenities are well equipped. Though, the air-conditioning is not blowing cold air as it should be. It is a little warmer. The bathroom is clean. WiFi is fast but do not expect to play game with that because of too many lags and a bit unpredictable. The staffs are helpful. Plenty of parking space. Overall experience, I would love to return again.

Botoum hotel is very well placed at the center of Sisophon, a few minutes walk from the central park and all commodities. At the end of a dead end, the hotel is very quite with lots of rooms. Possibility to have AC or just fan (which was a must for us who do not want to use AC to save energy). The room and bathroom were quite spacious and overall clean. Very good point: for us who avoid plastic waste, we could refill our bottles in the big blue bottle at the hotel reception.

I have stayed at Botoum 5-6 times over the years while bike touring in Cambodia. First time I stayed there with biking tour friend from England when the "hotel" at that time was just a small guest house all on one floor. The next year when we came back there was construction ongoing and we talked with owner who old us of his plans to increase the size of the hotel. Last time I stayed here 3 years ago, I was amazed at how nice the hotel was. Still excellent staff, rooms are nice and clean with good AC and fast WiFi. Looking forward to returning in 2022 (if the country the allows foreigners entry who are vaccinated).
