The check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and spacious.

The breakfast selection was excellent ,clean rooms, air-conditioning worked great.

Given wrong room information so were trying to get into another guest's room, fortunately friends as we were travelling in a group. Were given a other room which was only set up for 1 guest, had noticed only one glass & one coffee cup but that wasn't really an issue. However went to have a shower & also only 1 towel, too late to track anyone down as were leaving early so one of us didn't have a shower. Breakfast not available until 8am which was the time we were leaving so bit disappointing.

No online services on tv like neflix youtube no biscuits with our drinks apart from that staff was lovely breakfast was also lovely

Room was clean facilities good

We noticed the disinfectant is diluted as was the breakfast maple syrup for the pancakes. This is a false economy as we didn’t eat there again. A saving of a few pence against four days of breakfast and evening meals.

Clean room, usual tea/coffee tray. Very high bath though, not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Food in the pub was good and all the staff were lovely.

Fantastic staff both in the evening and at breakfast. Good quality breakfast and clean tidy room. Only negative would be the lighting from the ‘Burger King’ out the black which did come in round the curtain…. I’m pretty light sensitive but was still nice

Nice clean room, comfy bed and quiet room. The pub is next door, breakfast is cooked to order and there are some continental items. Breakfast was good and we also had a nice main meal the night before. Toiletries in the room are basic but do the job - hand soap and all in one wash. Plenty of free parking and there are some restaurants and shops close by. We only stayed one night but had no issues, during our stay. A very good low cost hotel.

Room was clean and had everything we needed but unfortunately the single bed for our daughter had a very uncomfortable mattress. Other than that no problems and good value for money - would stay here again.

Excellent value for money, clean hotel. Excellent breakfast, very good value Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful.

The stay was great as usual. The restaurant however was not. There was just us in the restaurant waiting for breakfast . We ordered 3 small breakfast and it took 35 minutes to arrive on the table. When it did arrive it wasn’t great. Very disappointing

Check in was easy. Staff were courteous. The room was lovely and clean so was the bathroom. The pub is just across the car park where food is served. In the room there were menu’s so you could pre order your food. The TV was nice and big and the Wi-Fi is free. Tea and coffee available in the room. Bed was big and very comfy. What more could you ask for really. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone in the area looking for somewhere to stay.

Staff helpful qith our late arrival. Only downside was couldn't get breakfast as there were no tables left for breakfast.
