The receptionist, Ruth, absolutely deserves a raise. She went completely above and beyond for me and my family during our wedding celebration. She is truly one of the most amazing staff members I’ve ever encountered, and she provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. We are extremely pleased and grateful for everything she did to make our special occasion so memorable even if we swapped the rooms around 100 times. (Sorry Ruth! But thank you so much!)

As a business traveller I always choose Premier Inn for their consistently outstanding delivery of the basics, as again here at Newark: 1) comfortable bed 2) dark, cold, quiet, double glazed room 3) great shower 4) clean. This is all I want. After a long journey and early start nothing else matters. Please keep up the great work. Thanks.

Not a bad place. Paying for parking on arrival despite having a room booked is a little cheeky. Be prepared for that. Rooms aren't bad for what it is. Staff were a mix of extremely polite or extremely disinterested so it's luck of the draw there.

Perfect location for what I was attending. Room was clean and well stocked, the shower was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
