Very peaceful and as described. Staff lovely and check in/out was a breeze. Beach towels provided upon request. Good bar.

I was a bit disappointed with accommodation. Room was not properly cleaned. Towels and tea not replaced. Sheets not changed. People jumping into pool. Reception staff very friendly bit no sign of a housekeeper.

Second time here and this time with friends. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Pure stunning, the receptionist who checked us in is brilliant and so friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were fantastic. The rooms could use a little love. An upgrade to the bathroom, painting of the weeks etc. but still really enjoyed our time

Nice clean looking hotel. Extra charges for safe and other normal things. Towels poor quality. Beds comfortable. Not enough hangers.

Stayed here in 2023 - it was a good experience, so decided to stay again in 2025. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, the shower was very frustrating as it flooded the room whenever used.

The property was located less than a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo Centre, pool was kept clean at all times and room cleaned everyday. Staff were lovely and helped me contact my shuttle service for my return to the airport. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Excellent place to say, greeted with a lovely reception and smooth check in. Staff were welcoming and friendly all week with a can do attitude. Pool area and Jacuzzi's cleaned frequently, room cleaned daily with new toileties provided too. Air con lovely and cold, bed nice and comfy. My only additional ask would be for a couple of plasic cups in the room in addition to glasses to use around the pool area (but that is a very minor point)

I had an amazing experience, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi was clean and relaxing, The hotel’s location was also perfect, close to Yumbo but still peaceful and quiet. Thanks very much for lovely time

Reallymlovely hotel complex located close to the Yumbo. Pleasant rooms offering tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge. Bathroom with plenty of hot water from a powerful shower. Comfy beds with a douvet and air conditioning in the bedroom. Peaceful communal areas to relax and undwind. This is not a noisy hotel and a great slice of peace away from the madness within the Yumbo.

Great location, very close to the Yumbo Centre. Nice spacious property, with attractive pool and Jacuzzi area. Rooms are a shade more shabby than they appear in the pictures. And as previous people have mentioned, the connecting door issue between rooms is definitely a problem. You can hear everything from the neighbouring room, people talking, coughing, going to the toilet, it’s like they are in the same room. There is a great little gym. I had problems with the housekeeping, one day they knocked on the door and I asked them in Spanish to come back in five minutes, as I was heading out, they never did. And almost every other day, when they did clean the room, they never replenished the shampoo and shower gel. It became a joke between me and the lovely evening front desk staff, when I had to go and ask for them, she was full of apology each time, and incredulous by the last evening that housekeeping yet again hadn’t left me any. The check-in process is bureaucratic and interminable. It’s really bad luck if you arrive and there is a queue, I don’t know why it takes so long, much longer than any other hotel I have ever stayed at. So brace yourself for a long wait, even if you are at the front of the queue. It is a nice resort in a great location, but on balance I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel is lovely, well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was a highlight—warm, relaxing, and a great way to unwind. The atmosphere was peaceful, with no children around, making it a quiet and restful experience. However, there were a few downsides. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard—the floors didn’t seem to be mopped properly (if at all), and one day, our towels weren’t replaced. The biggest issue was the shower, which kept overflowing and flooding the bathroom. Another drawback was the lack of privacy due to the adjoining rooms. While this setup might be convenient for families, I could hear every movement from the neighbouring room, including footsteps and even bathroom use. Overall, it’s a good hotel with some great features, but the lack of privacy and upkeep of the room let it down.

Expensive, not helpful for early check in or out. Also doesnt do anything nice for special occasions which is very disappointing. Little English speakers also

The staff were all really griendly and helpful. The resort itself seems to be very new and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The pool area was good and had different types of sunbeds including double beds. There was also a few hot tubs

Lovely place to stay close to Yumbo Centre very peaceful no loud music or disturbances. Excellent for solo travel gay friendly too

Is noise some time, and evern you can heard the noise of neighbours because is door between room and heard everything, this is not very confidential

Great location, quiet and clean.

Fantastic hotel and great location. Only downfall was they don’t refill the coffee and sugar despite seeing that we are using it daily, also we were self catering with zero cooking appliances or tools, we had to ask for plates and cutlery and they cleaner then took them away and didn’t replace them. Also staff can be a little moody but the hotel itself is really lovely. We had room 1905 which was amazing with own terrace and two steps to the pool, it was like a swim up room, really lovely!
