Good atmosphere, pleasant surroundings. Did not like carpet conditions. Vacumm cleaner had a foul smell.

The check in process is brutal! Its advertised as a hotel but there is NO CHECK IN....you have to wait for the owner to meet you. 45 min of my day wasted waiting for the owner to show,

The property owner was generous and I didn’t have to buy cleaning or laundry supplies. Kitchen fully equipped. Enough toilet rolls and kitchen paper napkins. Easy assess to the room. Wide range of TV channel options. The WiFi was strong. I didn’t have to reconnect. 3 mins walk to the mall.

Our location couldn’t have been better! We were right in the middle of everything Toronto and the condo that we were in was very comfortable with all amenities! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Downtown Toronto!

Great altenative to the hotel suites at the Pantages hotel. Condo suites are fully loaded and better than the hotel suites but you're still on the hotel property. Highly recommend!
