The location was good and the bathroom was good, but during my stay, the room had problems with the door lock and the air conditioner was leaking water. Because it's a system without permanent staff, fixing the problems was quite slow. But once they were resolved, it was okay.

I booked a hotel for 3 nights, stayed for 2 nights, and then asked for cleaning. The hotel said they only clean the room once every 4 days. Just imagine how dirty a room would be if it wasn't cleaned every 4 days! Meanwhile, I saw the cleaning staff cleaning other rooms, and they said they wouldn't clean my room for the 4 nights I requested.

Very good, but I would like to add details about how to contact the property during check-in. There are not many details.

Overall the stay & room was great. But here's some pointers: Room is quite big for one but would suffice for 2 max.:) Had difficulty trying to locate the place as I didn't know it was just a small gate since there's no reception. Called multiple times to the hotel number before they pick up and told me to contact via line for the entrance password. Customer service is not well done and could be improved with a pre stay instructions as not everyone will be familiar. Location is not that near to Taipei Main station and it takes about 7 mins walk to the nearest bus stop to head to the city areas. Room is not soundproof, could hear loud noises from inconsiderate neighbors. Oh, check in strictly 4pm, inflexible but you can store your luggage at the open area inside
