Walls are paper thin, so much noise from neighboring rooms. There are 12 rooms in the hotel and only 3 or 4 appeared to be occupied and we were all neighbors. I asked the night clerk to move me and he refused unless I paid for it. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in a hotel in Colombia.

One night short stay in Manizales. Central location, simple and comfortable room. Note that windows may be internal - was fine for our one night stay but might not be for others/for longer. Staff friendly and helpful.

Clean, quiet, affordable, nice and friendly employees, only complain weak wifi in the rooms. Plenty of restaurants pharmacies cafeterias, bars, etc.. nearby, also very central and close to many interesting places.

Noicy room next to the reception ! Do not accept it as I did. Ask foranother room ! Bed is stone hard.

No entraba el internet y en la pagina cobraban menos plata y no mencionaron que sumaba el IVA despues.
