This was my fifth time visiting Singapore and I have to say my stay at this hotel was really wonderful. The room was nice and surprisingly spacious, it can comfortably fit three people, which I really appreciated. Sure, the space for luggage and our stuff was a bit tight, but honestly, I think that's pretty standard for most budget hotels in Singapore. It didn't bother me at all. What I really loved was the area around the hotel. It's packed with amazing food spots, so I never had to stress about where to eat after a long day. There's a 7-Eleven nearby (super handy), and this one dim sum place I ended up eating at for three days straight—no regrets! 😅. Overall, the stay was really great, and I'd definitely come back. It just made my Singapore trip even more enjoyable.

The staff was friendly and helpful to guide me to check online via the app so I can check in earlier. Room is clean but sadly no bidet in the bathroom. Overall everything well organized and clean. Will come back again. Hope they will install a bidet for the future.

The facilities are so limited that they don't even have cutlery. Also, the cleanliness point is so bad, the glass in my room had a lipstick stain, even though I haven't even touched it. The ladder in the room was too narrow, I think it will be a bit unsafe to use.

Several times to Singapore, only this time I got a clean, comfortable, odorless accommodation with an average price with its surroundings. Maybe because it's new, I don't know but I like and feel comfortable staying here. Transportation access is quite easy, 100m walk there is a Mohammad bus stop, if MRT -/+ 400m, close to my favorite food restaurant hot pot frog 🤤🤗😄

1st time trying to stay at Ibis Budget which was located in between a housing area. But while we were entering the room, it smelled very bad. Thank you for the fast response to our complaint and after they tried to minimize the bad aroma within 15 minutes, finally they decided to upgrade it into a family room. Best hospitality response to meet customer expectation. My suggestion, fix it properly about your exhaust and plumbing in the previous room (triple bed) before selling it to the customer. Keep up the good courtesy and hospitality.

Staff is friendly. Location quite far from central city, but easy reached by bus. The highlight is for cleanliness, I was catching like 3 baby croaches in the bedroom.

I stayed for 2 nights. The first night ( triple sharing)... room was ok... but on the second night ( a different room - twin sharing) the toilet smells !!! Informed front desk and the staff asked me to go to front desk to take the aerosol spray which is to help solve the problem... but it did not. But since it was a 1 night stay I did not bother to ask for a change of room . Very disappointed that such a nice hotel has a problem with its toilet ... which is a very important facility that reflects on the comfort of the room. This must be looked into by the management as soon as possible to avoid any further bad review fr the guests.

The room has ants on the upper bunk and the walls look damp and swollen. There is no water spray in this room. Overall, the room is clean and not far from food and bus stops.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and sound proof. Wi-Fi and Air Conditioner working well. I requested early check-in (at 9.00 AM) but the front officers said the room wasn't ready, but they allowed me to leave my baggage. There is no Bidet/Waterspray, no Compliment water bottle (but there is water dispenser on the 1st floor). This property is not far from Bus Stop (Aft Lor 14, Opp Mohd Saleh) and vending machine around the building. No restaurant inside the property so you have to walk outside to eat, but it 's okay becase there are many options of food/tenants around Geylang Road.
