The staff service and hotel environment are very pleasant.

Great area when you're about to spend your last day in Bali and you need to buy souvenirs, Krisna Sunset road just across the hotel. And going to the airport is only 15 minutes.

The location is very good but it is not accompanied by adequate parking facilities, the room is also not comfortable, we can hear conversations in the next room, plus in the bathroom when we take a shower the water accumulates or floods because the drainage is clogged, the water cannot drain quickly.

It doesn't match the price. The cleanliness is very bad. The bathroom has very bad stains on the walls. Many of the furniture are peeling. The wallpaper is peeling. The floor is moldy. Hopefully, in the future, more attention will be paid to cleanliness because it's a shame that the lobby and the outside appearance are good, but the rooms are so-so.

Overall it's ok, but the check-in time is super long, I don't know why, and the food is not very tasty.

The location is right in the middle of the city, close to everywhere and also close to the mall. Rooms are ok, breakfast is good.

I was surprised at first because the hotel room and facility look so old, but it look well maintened and service was quick so no problem. Location is good near to everywhere, this hotel only need major renovation

Big Hotel, In this new year holiday, I book 4 room for me and my family relatives. Very kind and friendly staff. Unfortunately got a room with weak Wifi signal and no phone signal, it was okay because we mainly go out and use the room only for sleeping. The Bedroom only 80% clean with a lot of dust on furnitures, they need to clean it thoroughly to make the room air more fresh and clean. The Bathroom was okay, hot water working, just need to repair the wastafel drainage. We participate in the new year eve event and the foods really good, nothing failed!. The kecak dance was awesome performed by high school students. Although the hotel don't have fireworks, but watching the overall fireworks from the rooftops is crazy, very beautiful and amazing. I really want to tip the receptionist that helps me a lot, but unfortunately when we check-out she's not there, maybe it's not her shift, but I will remember her for the next time we visit.

For a 4-star hotel, I think it is still lacking in terms of service, cleanliness of the area, and the atmosphere of the hotel building (it is old and needs rejuvenation). Please, the hotel can pay more attention to guest comfort to maintain its 4-star rating. Thank you.
