Kids-friendly hotel, strategic location, complete facilities, varied breakfast 👍

It was so much fun. For such a low price, we were able to enjoy a happy staycation.

They are friendly and nice, but I think it's a more modern way.

Okay, old hotel, clean, good food

Why? We've stayed at this hotel several times and have been fortunate enough to get a free room upgrade. It's comfortable, located in Dago Pakar, so the air is cool. The swimming pool is spacious.

Location, rooms are okay, especially for families

It was a pleasure staying there.

Check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel, although older, is clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is perfect for a staycation with the family.. especially for the warm water pool, the kids love it..

Always a stopover when visiting Dago.

The bathroom toilet had black dirt, as if it hadn't been cleaned. The shower gel lid was dirty. There were mosquitoes and cockroaches infested. The hallway lights were dim. The pool shower room was dirty and dim.

It was a very comfortable and memorable place for us to bring the kids during the school holidays. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I stayed for 2 nights, the service was good, the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when the parking lot was full. I was confused about where to park, but the staff was very helpful in parking by giving me the car key and noting which room it was. Then not long after the staff came to the room and returned the car key, great. But there was also a shame, the room was not tidied up in the morning/afternoon, only after we got home from recreation in the afternoon, the staff came to ask if they wanted it cleaned because I was tired so I refused but was given drinking water. And at night the sound of vehicles on the road was very clear, maybe because it was close to the road and the room was not soundproof. But overall it was good. Thanks.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, but the food is not very varied.

Friendly service, old but clean hotel, cold AC and refrigerator, but the bed lights are off. When leaving the room in the corridor and living room on the 4th floor, it smells of cigarette smoke. It would be better if before guests check in, they can first check whether the room facilities are still functioning or not, then a special smoking room can be provided and smoking is prohibited in the corridor on the floor (at least don't provide an ashtray on the table in the living room on the 4th floor). If there is a bigger budget, soundproofing can also be added so that guests can rest peacefully without being disturbed by the screams of small children on the balcony of the next room/corridor. Overall, for that price, it is quite satisfactory. Thank you.

Overall, the hotel is comfortable, clean, close to everything, and has ample parking. The service is friendly and the facilities are complete. However, a 4-day, 3-night stay with a breakfast menu that's considered standard for a hotel in Jayakarta's class is a real shame. They could offer more variety and improve the taste of the breakfast menu. The restaurant is quite pricey with mediocre food.

Enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly. If there's one thing that needs improvement, it's the parking issue. Secure parking would be a good idea.

This time, I was disappointed with the service. I booked well in advance and requested a boutique suite with a pool view, but was given a view of a residential area. When I confirmed, I was told there was a choice between a pool view and a non-pool view, and I chose the boutique suite with no pool view. I've been here many times and know the app doesn't offer that option, so I added a note. Please be more honest in your explanations next time, so you don't disappoint loyal customers.

Old hotel but still comfy and friendly staff.

Great, I really enjoyed taking a hot bath in the swimming pool.
