Pleasant stay , near to hawker and many food nearby . Hotel is spacious and clean . But doesnt provide any bottled water . It also have free shuttle service to airport at certain timing . Nice and hope to be back soon . Breakfast was good too

Want to go to Osaka but transit in Singapore first... Village Hotel Changi is very close to Changi Airport... Even though I only stayed for a short time, the impression was really good, the receptionist was friendly, the hotel was clean, it was easy to find halal food because there are halal restaurants around the hotel.

The room are definitely clean and comfy. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. A very well oiled hotel for business and traveling. The only downside for me is only the AC that is a bit too cold for me. But all are handled by turning off the AC, thank God the AC central are still on, so I don't get too hot yet it is still manageable.

65/100. Honest review⬇️. 1). I ordered dining room service but didn't get cutlery. I had to call the receptionist first, and then they gave it to me. It's not a service initiative to give cutlery when you buy food. Even then, I had to wait quite a long time to get disposable, or plastic, cutlery. My food was already finished, and the cutlery just came. 2). It's near an abandoned and haunted hospital. If you can see ghosts, it's quite creepy. Just multiply your prayers so you don't let the ghosts pass by. Thankfully, I only had a 14-hour layover. 3). The bathroom still has a little hair left on the shower/bathtub wall. There was also a chance to see it on the wall near the hand washing place. 4). The design in the bedroom had a door but when I opened it, there was nothing. Maybe it used to be like room 1 could connect to the next room but it was blocked by iron so the door just felt like a display of the room wall. I don't know what's that purpose of the extra door inside the bedroom. The hotel building also looks like it hasn't been renovated in a long time, such as repainting and repairing damaged parts. So, it looks like a scary old hotel.

Hotel may seemed old yet holds so much to impress, but the staff is super friendly and helpful. Has shuttle bus to the airport & location at a quiet neighbourhood and so near to the famous Changi Village Food Centre.

No wonder it ' s a 4 star hotel. However, since I booked during Taylor Swift The Eras hype, I can't help but to think the price I got was too expensive. Also for 4 star hotel I was expecting it to have bidets. I was surprised it doesn't have bidets. It was nice though, they changed our towels, prepared our beds, etc everyday.

First, not able to check in because hotel did not receive confirmation from online agent. Luckily I managed to contact online agent but problem solved after 2 hours communication in between hotel and traveloka. Bad experience.

I booked this hotel for my sister. When they arrive at village hotel changi, the hotel reception didn't let them check in.They said our booking date was 5-6 Jan 2020, while actually my check in date was 6-7 Jan 2020 which state in booking voucher. This was made me a little bit panic, because during my hotel booking never happen like this. I check application for their contact No. and call the customer service. The customer service did their job very well. After waiting almost 1 hour, then everything is settled down. I have another hotel booking on app, I hope this will not happen again. I Hope so.
