Last weekend, my family and I attended a relative's wedding event which happened to be at the Atria Hotel Malang. We deliberately chose the same place to stay as the event venue. We were from Solo, and just arrived in Malang to check in at around 03.00 in the morning. Alhamdulillah, the receptionist service was very good & friendly & the process was fast. Our request when booking the hotel (a room near the lift & mountain view) was also fulfilled. Then because the check out time was supposed to be at 12.00, we tried to ask if there was a time dispensation considering that we were still joining the wedding event & needed time to pack our belongings, we were surprised again because the hotel gave us an extension of time to check out until 13.00. Very satisfied with the service provided. In addition, the menus provided at the wedding from the start of the ceremony to the reception were all delicious ..... with the layout and the hotel team providing the best service ... really the best ... Will stay again at the Atria Hotel Malang if we visit this city again ..

The check-in process was made easy, I arrived at 12.30 and after going to the reception was immediately allowed to enter the room, only the room walls were not soundproof, until 2 am I could still hear my neighbors chatting.

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, central location.

The design presented is also very luxurious and not disappointing. Anyway, no regrets coming here...|For the future, hopefully it will come with an exciting and modern theme

I only stay 1 night for business trip. I always love atria hotels. the last time i visit atria Malang was before covid. the lobby is still under renovation but my room in top floor is already having new and modern interior. all staff are very friendly. breakfast is ok although not as great as it used to be before covid. location is very ideal close to city center and toll road. overall I love Atria Malang hotel.

First time to Malang with family, the first choice was at Atria Hotel because it has a pool to pamper the kids but it turned out the pool was being renovated, but that didn't change the atmosphere because the employees were friendly and the city of Malang itself has a lot of promise to explore so this story will be very memorable, and God willing one day we will visit again..

This was my first time staying at Atria, and coincidentally, the hotel had not yet finished its renovation.

It was nice actually staying at Atria Hotel, the food, rooms however due to renovation that is still in progress, no other facilities we can enjoy. No swimming pool and no gym. Just sleep and eat.

had to move rooms when I first moved in. The TV was loading and couldn't be watched. Thank God, I was served well. Thank you, Atria

overall is good just a shame when we arrived the gym swimming and spa area LG was being renovated and on the next Saturday night the road was used for motorbike tracking so it was noisy and really disturbed the sleeping atmosphere The CKP food is delicious even though the choices are not very varied

My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, so if we go to Malang again, we will definitely stay at Atria again.

Very satisfying, the restaurant suggests adding more waiters.

Overall it's really good, it's just that breakfast is taken during sahur and the menu is very limited and there are no variations at all.

new room after renovation means there is still a lot of dust all over the room. we wipe it ourselves using hand sanitizer. starting from the headboard. bedside table. work desk. tv table. drink table. the vinyl wood floor is also very dusty. the room smells of new material so it's a little intoxicated. Alhamdulillah the big TV and the latest type of bed are very comfortable. delicious food. lastly it is quite disturbing to rest time because it is still being renovated during working hours.
