This is my second time staying here. The first time, I was impressed by the delicious breakfast. But this time, I was very disappointed; the breakfast wasn't very good.

Because I got a room near the elevator, it was very uncomfortable to hear the elevator sound all the time 😔

The price was around 800,000 Rupiah on a weekday, and the room wasn't soundproof. We received a warning from the receptionist for being noisy and disturbing our rest (it was 9 PM, and the CSB mall hadn't even closed yet). They specifically mentioned our room number. Meanwhile, from inside the room, we heard the person next to the child screaming and someone coughing continuously, but we decided not to complain because we didn't know for sure which room was noisy and didn't want to make accusations. But we ended up being accused of having a noisy room even though we were just having a normal conversation at a normal volume, not shouting or laughing out loud. It doesn't make sense.

The place is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the price is reasonable. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended, especially since it's directly connected to the CSB mall.

Our room was non-smoking, but the smell of cigarette smoke lingered in our room, and we don't know where it came from. After reporting it, the hotel quickly found us a replacement room. Thank you very much. Thumbs up for the service. If you have breakfast at the restaurant, don't forget to order the hot cappuccino with pastry. Delicious!

The hotel staff provided excellent service, even when I needed assistance. The breakfast menu was quite varied and very tasty. The downside to this hotel is that the room lights were dim and the noise from neighboring rooms was quite audible. Hotel management is requesting immediate action on this issue.

Breakfast during the weekend was a disaster. Crowded, not enough food for too many people. Finding a clean table was not easy.

The AC was defeated by the sunlight that was facing the room so the air temperature in the room became warm.

The shower should have something you can hold onto, it's not nice to shower with it stuck like that.
