The hotel is comfortable, suggestions for better soundproofing of the rooms, you can still hear sound from the next room, the system needs to be improved so that no more guests enter the wrong room

Easy access because it's located within the mall, kids love the swimming pool and nearby restaurants. Beautiful views of Mount Ciremai, the highest mountain in West Java... Awesome.

Book a superior deluxe double room, upon arrival, you will be greeted and helped with your luggage by the security guard, parking may seem difficult but don't worry, there is free valle parking from the hotel, check-in service is good, the room is clean, the staff at the swimming pool are ready to help, access to the CSB mall, the food is good.. My family and I when on vacation to Cirebon, Swiss-Bethovel Cirebon is always the main choice for choosing a hotel more than 3 times I have stayed at this hotel, the location is very strategic close to supermarkets, and other culinary places. Basically, a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi is very, very slow. The breakfast is not very varied for a 4-star hotel and the food refill takes a long time so guests have to wait quite a long time. The location is okay, close to the mall so finding food is not difficult. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, is yellow and slippery as if it has not been brushed. This is my first time staying here. First of all, Cirebon is hot, and I didn't expect it. When I entered the hotel, it was so hot as well. The room is also hot. We called the technician to come and fix the aircon, but yet still need to wait for 3 hours to get cooler.
The fridge is off. Since I only stayed for 1 night, so I didn’t need the fridge.
Wi-Fi is bad 😰 sorry to tell you this. Can't be used all the way. The rest was good, the service, the food, cleanliness, comfy are good. Thank you.
