This is about customer service and how the staff communicate with customers. It happens to my sisters. On the second night stayed at One Garden Hotel, my sisters can't entered their room as the key can't open the door. Hence, my sisters asked for a spare key to unlock. Unfortunately the staff doesn't help but stay outside of the hotel. And my sisters can't entered their room at that night and don't have spare clothes stay at another room. In the next morning, I called again the receptionist as they said the person in charge keep the masterkey can open the door next morning. I called at 8.00am and asked them to open the door as my sisters have to go to work at 10am. In 15 minutes only, they managed to open the door. What can I say else except the staff are ignorant, not responsible and not working very well to serve the customers.
