Check in last minute, staff very helpful

Sorry this is the 1st and last, the shower post too bad, and the hot water also can no enough to supply, bad experience for me

The hotel was so good, the amenities is really complete and the best for the price. Ambience of the room is really comfortable. But the location is little far from the city center.

The hotel was amazing & all the facilities were superb! I will definitely come again to M Boutique Hotel whenever I’m in Ipoh! 😘💗 Not just that, the hotel location was strategic where it's near to local attractions, you can just drive/take Grab! Highly recommended!!

So many pocong during Halloween

If you're looking for a budget but bougie stay, here's the right place. And if you have a soft heart, don't go in October, as it is Halloween time. Got so many pocongs at the lobby, got one lying down on the coffee table, got one on top of the front desk, and got one also beside the cafe entrance. Got so many ghost decorations.

The staff was so helpful. The bed was so comfy. But pleaseee, there are so many pocong. Got Pocong lying down at the table coffee somemore. If you bring the elderly or your grandparents, please don't go in October, as it is Halloween time; there will be so many pocong in the lobby. Hahahahhaha.

Very, very comfortable hotel. nice interior. There were just so many pocong in the lobby!! Hahahaahhaah, it's October, right? Halloween time. BUT PLEASE LAH, IT WAS SO SCARY, ESPECIALLY SINCE I CHECKED IN AT 12AM !!!!!!

The staff members (front desk, housekeeping) are very friendly and helpful. The moment I put down the phone to complain that the TV was not working, a technician was already at our door. Such efficient service! The downside of the hotel is that the wardrobe doors could not be opened fully as the bed is placed about 1 ft from the wardrobe doors when those doors are at least 1.5 ft wide. Also, the mini fridge is inside one of the compartments of the wardrobe and the door of the fridge could hardly be opened. It would be more practical to have sliding doors for the wardrobe since space is limited. There are many chipped plaster holes and cement finishings on the walls that are exposed, making the room unwelcoming. Couple in Room 221

It's my third stays in M boutique and I like the most is the room ambience and cleanliness! however, there is. no housekeeping for my second day and the aircond is leaking, the service can be improved!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Cozy place, especially the lobby. The room is clean and very comfortable. Very recommended.

Totally screwed up platform. Cancelled within stipulated time, but still charged full payment. Customer service was unable to help at all. Totally useless.

The. Masjid noise was too much.

Pros:- This hotel is located at a very strategic location, it is almost at the centre of all the main attractions.- The facilities is a plus point, it provides washing machine, and there is a 24 hours gym in the building also, the condition is pretty good. Cons:- The dust are all around the shutter between the room and toilet.- Full of mold around the shower area, and there are some mold around the toilet bowl too.- I don't understand why m boutique staffs are making noise and fooling around the corridors at rooms area, due to the bad sound proofing, all the noise made by staffs are very annoying which it woke us up, please train your staff. In conclusion, this hotel cost about RM200 per night but it did not worth the price.

Room was nicely done and comfortable.

Everything was really good there, the room is clean and comfortable. The toilet is clean but we accidentally booked the room with toilet with no door 😂. But everything is perfect recommended to come here.

Really like the design of the hotel 😍. Rooms are a bit small, but clean & complete. Close to bus terminal & Ipoh station. Not close to the center of the crowd, so you still have to take grab.

Nice hotel and very creative design. Lot of nice food near by with driving distance within 10min.
