Every time I visit Malang, The 101 Malang OJ is my first choice for accommodation. It's close to everything, the staff are friendly, and the place is clean and quiet.

If you're on vacation in Malang, this hotel could be a good choice. We stayed for two nights, choosing a Deluxe Twin room. The room was spacious, with a smart TV and a sofa bed, perfect for a family with two children. Facilities include an indoor pool, a small playground for children, and a gym. There's plenty of parking. Wi-Fi is good, available throughout the hotel. The food is delicious, especially the French Toast. It's close to Kayutangan Heritage, Klojen Market, and the train station. I forgot to check out the rooftop 😁

This is our first time staying here.. Cozy and comfy is my first impression when I entered the hotel lobby.. I was helped by a receptionist named Amel.. She's very helpful and friendly.. All the staff here are very friendly.. Security, bellboy, receptionist, housekeeper.. And we were really happy when the management staff Mitha, Shasha, Shinta, Rina, Dimas fo, Daryo, Kinar, Ayu hk, Andreas, Yoga IT, Akbar fbs, Nadilla fbs came to our room and gave us a surprise.. Thank you very much for the cake and coffee.. The room here is also very comfortable, clean, spacious.. We really feel at home and will definitely come back again.. Keep up the great work, team.. First time in Malang. Confused about where to stay? We've been to The 101 in other cities and were satisfied. So, when we returned to Malang, we chose The 101 again. The service was the same at other branches, too. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious, and the breakfast menu was varied. We made the right choice. We booked a deluxe room and received a free upgrade to an executive room upon arrival. We were very lucky. The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities worked well. We ordered food delivered to our room, and it was delicious. However, the drinks had an unpleasant odor. Perhaps because they used plastic cups, they gave us a plastic smell. Thank you to the friendly security guard who promptly helped us with our luggage. Thank you to the reception staff for the welcome drink. Thank you to the personal ambassador, Ayu, for explaining everything via WhatsApp. Thank you to the kitchen staff, the food was delicious, especially the spicy fried rice.

The room is spacious as per the photo..comfortable, the bathroom is clean, you get a good view with large glass windows, close to Malang station, take a motorbike taxi for about 6 minutes, in front of the hotel there is a cake shop whose menu besides cakes also serves heavy meals/rice, etc. There are no minimarkets around the hotel

Although we only stayed for one day and one night at 101 OJ Klojen Malang, we found the service provided by the management to be excellent. Our family loved the clear mountain views from the rooftop of Hotel 101. The hotel staff, from the security guards, doormen, front desk staff, and even the hotel manager, were very friendly. The security guards and doormen were quick to respond and helped with luggage during both check-in and check-out. Hotel amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, hot water shower, electric kettle, and more all functioned well. The hotel's cleanliness was also very well maintained. Another highlight was the strategic location of Hotel 101 OJ, close to Malang Baru Station, Klojen Market, and more.

The service was excellent. I stayed here because I was going to Bromo. I was worried about leaving Bromo at check-out, but they were very kind, offering to leave the key with me, and thankfully, I was still able to clean the room before checking out. I'll definitely be back here again if I go to Malang.
