Hotel is ok, close to everywhere, rooms are clean.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I really enjoyed it, just like before. I suggest that rooms with kitchenettes provide some dish soap and sponge for washing dishes. The deluxe rooms are like apartments in terms of amenities. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you, Pranaya Boutique Hotel.

It was a pleasant stay, the staff was friendly, and the room smelled good. The bathroom walls need to be cleaned, as the bottom part of the bathroom is yellowing with mold.

Everything went well for the duration of my stay. Other than a slightly overpriced food, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Long check in time. Lack of staff at night. So you have to go to the reception yourself if you need something. The lobby lacks seating, so guests pile up while waiting. Only 2 friendly staff.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, close to the mall and has been my regular hotel for the past 3 years.

Friendly staff, in the 6th floor hotel room there are so many ants that I bought my own Baygon, the AC is hard to cool (set to 16C full fan + turbo) the next day it has to be turned on continuously, Small toothpaste that has been opened is put back into the packaging (not new), No hand soap, Only 1 bathroom glass, Stains everywhere (glass, tap, bathroom glass wall) not wiped, Dirty blanket only turned over (because when I checked there were red stains on the edge), Curtains have no thin layer (so when opened it goes straight through the glass), When I moved the mattress to get cooler AC (under the mattress there is an acrylic board for putting up brochures - it means the room's cleanliness & completeness are not cared for)

After midnight, we often heard noises from the surrounding rooms and from the hallway in front of the room… Even though we took a junior suite.

Cooperative because when we experienced a dead exhaust, it was immediately repaired.

Overall, staying here is nice, but maybe the cleanliness of the room can be improved. Because yesterday when I stayed the floor felt sticky. The rest is very comfortable and cheap. The location is good in the middle of the city. Thank you.
