Comfortable, nice and friendly staff, odorless water, clean bathroom.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are okay and the distance to the mall and surrounding areas is convenient.

Guests were very satisfied with their stay at this hotel. There were no complaints whatsoever throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out. Hopefully, we'll be able to stay at Pranaya again in the future.

The location is close to Teraskota. Maybe it's because it's a karaoke venue. The music was so good that night that it was so relaxing that I went to bed. But I was tired, so I just went to sleep. Okay then.

Stayed here, there was a romantic dinner package to try. The FB team informed us that the service couldn't accommodate impromptu romantic dinners, but they still tried. So the menu offered didn't match the one on the poster. But the kitchen team was cool and provided a different menu, and surprisingly, for an impromptu meal, everything tasted delicious. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the waffles. I'll definitely come back here again 😁 Very recommended

Friendly hotel staff, good service, strategic location

Luxurious lobby.. quite spacious room.. but the cleanliness is very minus.. black duvet, torn and black pillows. sticky floor, mossy bathroom. and slippery.. and black.. the toilet has yellow marks on the edge of the water that has not been cleaned.. It is a shame that the cleanliness of the room is not maintained, especially the cleanliness of the toilet.. The telephone in the room does not work, there is no tone. Friendly security guard.

The bed mattress is bad so it's hard to sleep, it has to be replaced

Hotel is ok, close to everywhere, rooms are clean.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I really enjoyed it, just like before. I suggest that rooms with kitchenettes provide some dish soap and sponge for washing dishes. The deluxe rooms are like apartments in terms of amenities. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you, Pranaya Boutique Hotel.
