Don't try to eat at 10 o'clock because the staff has already cleaned up the food, the cutlery is no longer available, the staff is empty, the food is finished.

My wife and children really like it, especially the children who love swimming, the swimming pool facilities are good for children, it would be good if towels were provided at the swimming pool, so there is no need to bring them from the room.

We've had several staycations with my family here. It's very family-friendly and not too far from home for a simple staycation. The check-in and check-out process was also fast, and we didn't have to wait long. Thank you to Miss FO (I forgot her name). Thank you also to Miss Ellen, the housekeeper. I've had several staycations here and she helped clean our room.

There are no guards or notice boards in the pool area, so the elevator is wet and muddy because many people swim wet and enter the elevator. This is very annoying for other elevator users because it's slippery and can cause falls. It's a real shame.

My favorite 3 stars hotel in Gading Serpong. Everything is working well, and the plus point is they have 43 inch smart TV on every room with good Wi-Fi connection.
