Nearby the mall of Summarecon Mall Serpong, local market, and surrounded by many kinds of restaurants. Friendly and super helpful housekeeping staff. Anyway, need to improve the room Wi-Fi internet connection (on-off connection, unstable). Also, kindly check the water filter since the pool water color is too green and dirty. Overall, love this hotel!

This is my third stay here, but the amenities have been significantly reduced. The food is also limited; where there used to be sushi omelets, now you have to ask for them. The pool is also less than clean.

I've stayed here several times, and this is the first time the water was yellow. But the rest of the service is fine.

It was quite a pleasant stay, but the room I received wasn't what I had booked. I booked a non-smoking room, but I got a smoking room. The elevator ride was also long. Otherwise, my stay was quite satisfactory.

The hotel is very strategically located, quite clean, spacious rooms, complete facilities to 3-star standards, a very large swimming pool, and child-friendly, the only minus is the food, the breakfast menu choices are limited, you can't request an omelette, and some are finished but not refilled, don't expect the food to taste good either.

The room is clean, comfortable, the food is varied and delicious, everything is good.
