I stayed here, booked a double bed, but was given a twin, even though I'd paid extra to get a double bed. The reason was that the room wasn't available, even though check-in was at 3 PM. Then I got a connecting room, but the door didn't seal properly, so the people next door were talking and laughing loudly, and that was at 2 AM. It was really annoying. The water was also yellow. I'll only stay here once.

First time staying here...friendly service.
But the water wasn't hot at all. I complained, but no action was taken, so I was disappointed.
The room was non-smoking, but it was so stuffy it made it hard to breathe. The food was decent. I'll reconsider staying here next time.
Oh yeah, the towels, bedcover, and sheets were worn out, so it was probably time to get new ones.

Stayed on a weekend, it was quite cheap, I got 370k.. I also happened to be able to check in half an hour earlier than scheduled.
The room was really good.. really good, there was a mini fridge in the room.. only at Maghrib the lights went out twice, it wasn't the hotel's fault, but the mitigation was not good enough and the room occupants were not informed by the hotel staff, even though what was being sold was hospitality.

I booked the Tjokro Hotel on my husband's recommendation for my mother, who had stayed there several times and was quite satisfied. However, this time, my mother was disappointed. She felt uncomfortable because the room was unclean and stuffy, and the bathroom had yellow or dirty water and no running water. Despite the location being quite close to the airport, I hope things improve in the future.
