Clean rooms, fast check in and check out, parking is available behind the hotel, need to register first, close to Armenian Art Street and Penang Art Street. Good staff and cheap smiles.

Great location, near to everywhere. The facilities in the hotel are superb, water is provided at the lobby area, so we don't have to buy mineral water during our stay. Will stay here again next time I come to Penang.

Close to the Armenian park, the hotel has a 24-hour minimarket. Next time I go to Penang, I will stay here again.
