The toilet was not flushing smoothly on the second day and the Wi-Fi was not working optimally.

Pas pulang malem sy pulang mandi, di kamar mandi keluar anak kecoa 1. Terus di meja yg ada kursinya ada juga 1. jadi ada 2 anak kecoa Sorry gak kepikiran ambil gambar. (Rb) Kapsul kamar mandinya sempit air keluar dr bagian bawah jadi becek. Yg lain ok👌

Please respect guests who bring motorcycles and don't be too busy with their phones. Guests come with luggage, but no one helps them on the stairs; instead, they're busy with their phones.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel room is clean and very decent for the price, especially since the location is very accessible to tourist attractions and malls. This is my second stay here. Overall, I recommend it.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location. Good reviews also often mention unique amenities like a swimming pool or beautiful views, as well as delicious and varied dining experiences.

There is no hot water kettle or dispenser and every time you ask for hot water you have to pay 5000, the food is standard and there is not much variety on the menu.
