The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. On the second day, the AC leaked a bit. I wasn't expecting a clean, comfortable room; I expected it to be damp and moldy.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The property looks worn and tear from the outside; I believe they can do better and the hotel will be perfect. The free breakfast was okay, but the variety of food was limited and there were many ants at the food station that threw me off.

The accommodation was cool and quiet, with comfortable rooms and complete amenities: air conditioning, a refrigerator, and towels and toiletries. Overall, I highly recommend it, and I was very satisfied. I was just a little annoyed that the app only allows children under 17, but upon check-in, it didn't, so I had to pay an additional Rp 100,000 per day.

It was a great stay, and I'd definitely stay again. The large, multi-level family room is exactly as pictured, and the spacious bathroom is connected to the changing room. Overall, I was happy, and the kids could swim. I think it's the best value for money, and it's not expensive either. The floor can sometimes get a little dusty; it could be given better attention. Other than that, everything about this hotel is top-notch.

The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and they are very helpful!!! The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and the water is strong!!! I didn't have time to try the swimming pool, it's only available from 8 AM - 9 PM :( The place is very accessible to everywhere, close by and there are many shops around. It's also close if we want to go to Legian, Kuta, or Seminyak. I chose this because there is a room for 4 people with 2 bathrooms.

I stayed there for 3 days yesterday. The TT app recommended that it could accommodate 2-5 people, but in reality, there was an additional charge for 5 people. I was disappointed; the toiletries weren't refilled daily and should have been replaced daily. I had to constantly ask for towels, but they weren't replaced. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the AC wasn't cold. The staff were friendly, but they could improve the room to make it more comfortable for guests.
