I'm so impressed with operation manager Jonathan as I lost my mobile in a Grab car. I was helpless and had no way to contact my friends. He was helpful, assisted Grab, helped call and arrange for a driver to bring me to the mall to get a new phone and to the police station to make a police report. I only arrived on the 2nd day and I couldn't recall any telephone numbers and was afraid. In the room, I was trying to connect with the new phone but it was difficult. At 8pm Jonathan called and mentioned the phone was found, returned by the Grab driver, and delivered at the reception. I'm so happy that before the day ended, I found my phone that can connect me to friends and at least the next 2 days left can be enjoyed in Penang. I'm grateful the staff were helpful, kind, and made an effort to help.
