The location is excellent, close to everything. The room was large, the staff were all friendly, and the breakfast was delicious and affordable, as I added an extra breakfast for my child. Overall, it was okay, and the room rate was very affordable.

The bedroom bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were thin. The bathroom needed repairs; the shower was clogged and needed to be fixed. There was a lot of work to be done in the bathroom. I wouldn't return.

After a long time ago, I went to Jogja and stayed again at New Sapphire and it was still as good as before, satisfying and comfortable.

So far, this hotel has been very comfortable, with a pleasant environment. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are soft and comfortable. However, it would be great if there were a room option without a bathtub, so those who prefer a shower could have a safer and more comfortable experience. But so far, there's a lot to be said for this hotel.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights alone. The room is big, clean, and the room service is top-notch. It's one of the best hotels to relax in after a tiring activity in Jogja. If I visit Jogja in the future, I will repeat staying at this great hotel. Thank you.
