strategic hotel close to the front gate of Brawjaya University Jl. Veteran, 1 entrance location with Transmart, friendly staff, can check in early, medium room size, but if you add an extra bed it's too tight there's no space for prayer, the bathroom is clean, but the bathroom floor water near the door is a bit stagnant, maybe it can be fixed, overall the experience of staying there is ok

For a 4-star hotel, how come you have to pay for extra water? I happened to bring a baby and wanted to make milk. This is the first time I've been to a hotel and asked for 1-2 bottles of extra water and they didn't give me any. Then the baby blanket and extra towel for the child are also paid for. I'm fed up with staying at Swissbelin.

I went to Malang in a series of testing doctoral program students at Malang State University on May 19, 2025, all day testing I did not have time to extend the room, the hotel staff wisely contacted me to help extend and move my belongings according to the room I ordered. This step was very impressive and helped me a lot according to the choice of room rates I chose. So far the service is maximum, this hotel is close to the city center and shopping areas MATOS and MX. In terms of interior, there has been no upgrade for a long time, maybe to increase the comfort of visitors, the rooms should be upgraded. The food is quite varied and delicious.
