The location is close to shops. It's a great place to eat. The breakfast spread isn't bad, with plenty of choices.

The path to the hotel lobby was under renovation, and I had to carry luggage through the side door and stairs. Check-in process was quick, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was rather dark, and the bed topping had an unusual bump. I had to get the housekeeping staff to change the topping. Bathroom water was just warm even at max temperature, and the shower head was leaking. The hotel showed signs of aging.

maybe need to improve the cleanliness over pool.. but still .. overall.. i just love it..

Okay, the location is the reason I chose the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality on the early check-in.

Its at the outskirt of the city. accessible coming from highway. many amenities around the hotel but not in city centre. Room has seen better days. Need maintenance. Parkings a squeeze. Park outside for less risk. Food: only the convenience aspect.

breakfast, asked for warm water....until breakfast was over, there was no warm water. The staff didn't know.....

Such a shame a grand hotel like this deterioriating in every aspects. Room is very dark. Two lamps not working. Hotel looks tired.

The room carpet is a bit dusty, the bathroom doesn't have hot water, the pool water is a bit murky..

I have complained twice about the wifi, but still no improvement. The hotel informed me that the maintenance team would come to the room to fix it, but no one came until I checked out.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean hotel with good breakfast choices. Love the gym and the swimming pool. I got a spacious room at a good price. Value for money. My only comment was the food was not topped up fast but understandably it was during peak days (weekend during school break). But the food are delicious anyways. Recommended

The room furniture looks old and some of the it already broke. The toilet drain was cloaked and water heater not functioning

Thank God, fasting is a good thing. Quiet area. Spacious parking.
