Comfortable room for resting, clean and tidy.

The hotel is clean, and the location is strategic to the city center, the staff is also friendly, basically when I go to Palembang I always stay at monoloog👍😀

Awesome access everywhere. Close to the city center. Lots of food and snacks around the hotel. Close to the hospital.

A decent low budget hotel

This is my second time staying here. The location is close to the general hospital so it is easy when you want to check your treatment. The price is also quite cheap, the room is quite clean and the check-in process is easy. So far so good.

For hotel restaurants, it is not very spacious and the menu does not have many choices.

The pillows were dirty, the quilts were smelly, and the bed linen was not washed and changed.

Overall is quite good, such as cheap price, good location, easy access. But maybe because the last room so I got a room with a leaking AC although not much but worried about the kids slipping. Then the mattress is a bit sagging like an old mattress.

Overall good, just the AC is not cold.

The hotel is in the city center so it's close to everywhere, close to the airport too. Easy access, there's also LRT, minus is there are rarely any snack vendors except for mixue and Padang rice. The staff is good, friendly, the toilet is also good, clean, there's hot water, and the AC is really cold. The minus is that in the morning the trolley for cleaning the linen is often not cleaned up again, it's just placed in front of the hallway so it smells musty. The hospitality can be improved again
