Not a bad hotel

This is the hotel that I always got ot while in Saipan. Nice ,safe & quite.

Safe and convenient

Nice and quiet for a long day at work

I like the convenience that the restaurant is down stairs. However, the beddings and curtains need to be updated.

Good place but a bit sketchy

Excellent customer service and room and hotel was very clean. Unfortunately, there seemed to be construction going on at night after 10pm so it was loud.

The definition of above and beyond for the guests. Kind and courteous to a T. Very mindful of their guests’ needs. They even have a Shirley’s built downstairs and a bar to cool down. Both are outstanding. With the recent renovation they had, and the amenities they provide, makes for a promising stay.

Average place, room was OK, good AC, showers lack a lot of water pressure, bed was OK. If looking for an average spot to stay 1-2 days, this place is fine, if looking for a resort, this is not the place. But besides the shower (lack of water pressure), the place acceptable.

Horrible. The hotel needs some major renovations. Bathroom had mold on walls, toilet barely flushable.

Good location & friendly staff Limited hours on restaurant and bar due to covid, not the fault of hotel though.

The hotel is very close to downtown which was awesome.

I like yhst it was clean. But the parking was a problem. Had to circle several times to get a parking space.

Nice location and friendly staff. It is also great to learn that we are ok to enter the facilities of Fiesta Hotel when we stay at Century Hotel
