The hotel is outdated and old. There is no air conditioning in the lobby. The young lady at the desk was great. The older lady is rude and did poorly at explaining a room charge and accused me of being mad when I questioned my charge. It served its purpose of needing a room overnight. Outside of that I would not recommend.

We enjoyed the location of this building as it was close to some good restaurants and bars and yet was very quiet. The rooms were clean although we would consider it an older more tired accommodation. Some things to point out that we think would be improvements would be reading lamps and side tables in the sitting area, better water pressure in the shower and mattresses that are less firm. We thought the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was great to have a big balcony to sit on so that we could have a wonderful view of the harbour and its activities. Everyone was very respectful of others. We would consider this accommodation to be about a 3 star. It suited us very well all being said. The lighting though is a big thing for us, overhead lights don't really do it for us.

We were here for 11 days. It was amazingly relaxing. No pushy vendors. Great restaurants. Wonderful staff. Clean and functional.

View of marina from balcony is wonderful. However property is not being upgraded. AC in living room dining room kitchen combo is grossly inadequate. Has not changed since we have been coming. AC was not on when we arrived and that room never cooled off.

It was a quiet and beautiful spot around the marina. Very relaxing atmosphere, with just enough activity to make it interesting. Many spots to stop for a bite to eat or a drink.

The property is well situated right on the marina with plenty of dining options nearby.

Great location. Loved the view of the marina and partial view of the ocean. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was not very comfortable. The balcony was so small it was almost useless. The curtains - ugh - super frustrating. Weird layout with the closet behind the bathroom door. Good wi-fi. Roomy shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Coffee in the room was just ok. Very safe and clean.

We loved our 8 nights at this little boutique hotel on the south side of the Nuevo marina. The staff were terrific! Very helpful and super friendly. The restaurant in the hotel (Maizul) as well as many others nearby were excellent. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot. The hotel supplied us with towels, umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon at no charge. We would definitely stay here again.
