My stayed as very short , but the accommodation was very comfortable and cleans . The buffet is very excellent and the staffs are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended one if the best hotel in Guadeloupe is 100%

Superbe site, restauration, spectacle, piscine, plage, à le Gosier, endroit parfait pour loger et papillonner autour, central. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre vraiment propre, belle et confortable. Manquerait seulement une cafetière dans la chambre, mais le restaurant ouvre à 6 am pour les déjeuner donc pas si grave. Je recommande.

Breakfast, clean room , good staff

Check in was very good. The staff are helpful and very efficient. The room was acceptable and clean however, insects were able to find their way into this ground floor room . We requested a room change and this was accommodated without hassle. Breakfast was very good with many options as well as both inside and outside seating. The outside seating area has many aggressive black birds which proved to be unwelcomed by some guests. The private beach on the compound is OK, the facilities are satisfactory and there are ample beach chairs. There are many nicer beaches on the island within a few minutes' drive. The pools appeared to be well kept and were never overcrowded. The shower area near the pool entrance is not suitably located and may cause guests to either slip or hurt their backs on entering due to an unexpected step down. Although the compound shows signs of aging and is in need of some upgrades, there is no shortage of hospitality and excellent service from all staff members. Whether at the tour desk, restaurant or reception area, staff went out of their way to assist and always displayed genuine concern.

Loved the scenic location of the hotel and the hotel grounds which are very well maintained. The hotel reception staff were amazing and they were very helpful. Loved the spacious and clean room. Breakfast was excellent. Also enjoyed dinning at hotel restaurants. Parking was free and convenient.

Didn’t use the spa or car parking, the staff were very helpful for someone who doesn’t speak that much french

Lovely beach and pool, walkable to nearby restaurants, great live music at the bar! Le Zawag was great for lunch and dinner.

The room was as requested, with an ocean view, and helpful, friendly staff.

Wonderfully relaxing and quiet holiday! The beach, the room and its restaurants were good and we even rented a car for a day and got out to the rainforest and waterfalls as well as swam with turtles!

The room was clean, the food at both restaurants was good, the staff was helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast had lots of options, although I did wish they had an option for self serve for tea and coffee, it is just more accommodating to get it ourselves than to flag someone and wait for it. The beach is clean and the water is good for swimming, the beach chairs with shade is limited.

Lovely comfortable room, very clean, great staff. The gardens, pool area and beach were excellent. Plenty of outdoor space.

Hotel agréable. Plage petite. La nourriture du restaurant Zawag sur le bord de l’eau était excellente.
