Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. Definitely worth the price!

Nice hotel, restaurant below the expected level from a five star

Easy to go to beach. Good snookering experience.

We spent our honey moon at this hotel and stayed for 3 nights. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Upon our arrival no drinks or welcome cocktails were served to us while waiting for our room. We only had 2 free disposable coffee pods during our stay. Extra charge otherwise. The pillows in the room were filled with cotton balls, they were just so flat. The bed mattress was just okay but it felt like 2 twin beds next to each other. The patio outside the bedroom was dirty with bird poops and ants running. The view was beautiful, the property was well kept. The amenities were lacking and the main swimming pool is pretty shallow. The staff doesn’t speak English very well for a 5 star hotel. Worst part is the poor management. The manager was confrontational and accusatory when we told her that the cleaning staff disposed our hiking shoes that were kept in a bag next to the small garbage in our room. No compensation nor apologies were offerred even though the cleaning staff confirmed their mistake. Restaurant was also not clean with birds flying above the main buffet. Stay away!

Hotel is new and nice, more a 4 star then a 5. Bedroom and common areas are clean and quite recent. Its next to the beach but not connected. Staff is not nice st all and barely undestands English, as everyone else on the island. Location is close to the more animated area of the island

The room is spacious. Missing a shower wall in the bathroom. A beautiful garden and swimming pool with a nice view of thé sea.

We were received very well by an excellent reception team. Unfortunately we had to wait a while before being checked in. The hotel did provide a cold cinnamon drink and a towel during the wait. The room was very clean with some of the amenities. There was no soap bars in the bathroom and no milk in the room. Unfortunately there were signs of mold and water damage in the room (see pictures). This we do not expect from a "five" star hotel you pay $200/night for. However the staff was friendly and helpful and even refused to take a tip.

Service not good

this hotel is good but far from a five star hotel. there is an obvious shortage of personnel. the place is good and the restaurants around the lagoon are amazing.

I visited the hotel in January and was extremely lucky with the weather. I had 6 days of predominantly blue skies and very good temperatures. Whilst the prime reason behind my trip was business the hotel afforded me a very comfortable base.

We stayed for three days. The hotel is almost brand-new (at least it seemed); all VERY well maintained. Beautiful pool. Very rich breakfast (charged extra @€30 per person - even though initially booked otherwise :-(). Very professional and friendly staff. The only downside - not a big deal though: the beach is only a walk across the street, not directly next to the hotel.

Bien dans l'ensemble. Une arrivée qui laisse à désirer. Pas de table disponible pour vous faire patienter avant la remise des cartes d'accès. Installation à une table salle et la boisson d'accueil ne sera jamais servie (les verres vides de client d'avant seront toujours là à l'arrivée de la personne qui nous amène en chambre. Refus de nous donner la carte sans être accompagnée alors que l'accès en chambre est simple. Il faudrait permettre l'accès en chambre à la demande au lieu de laisser poireauter 30 personnes.

Super moment. Personnel accueillant. Magnifique hôtel.

Nous sommes loin des standards d’un 5*. Au mieux un 4*. Accueil sommaire : on prend nos documents et on nous dit : ok c’est bon. Rien de plus. Une présentation de l’hôtel réduite à 2 phrases : « La-bas la piscine et la salle des petits déjeuners. Ah oui, on a aussi une salle de sport H24 » Pas de bouilloire en chambre et choix de thé limité. Entretien maintenance moyen : éclairage en panne, join de salle de bain grossier. Qualité du papier toilettes et serviettes de bain médiocre.
