It’s a 3 star I suppose. I’d call it a 2 star honestly. Property looks run down. Breakfast is just ok lots to choose from. Pools are falling apart. Location is decent but it’s an island. Beach unusable. I hope you like cats because there were so many I’m surprise they don’t charge them rent. Would I return? Absolutely not.

The breakfast is good and varied

While the staff were nice and the beaches were great, the property and the sea view queen room was a bit antiquated and the tile floors need some attention especially around the edges and corners. The hall ceilings leaked leaving water puddles; no elevators and no one to assist with carrying luggage to the 3rd floor; no bottled water or bathroom amenities or room service; and no WiFi in the rooms. In fact it was horrible everywhere -we had a hard time completing our flight check in and immigration departure online. The birds were in the bread and eating off tables which lead us to observe bird poop on light fixtures in dining area. The property definitely needs some love and attention. I enjoyed my trip but I wouldn’t return to this establishment. Best-

Simple service

No soap or conditioner in the room. No phone or coffee in the room. Breakfast buffet was over cooked and limited although there were some cold food options. Overall not a place we would recommend.

Beautiful facility and great breakfast options

The property is run down, but it served my purposes. There were few food options, and not walkable to town, so having a kitchen was key. Great access to miles of beach.

They wanted to charge for the beach towel, that is terrible

Nice and clean property but a bit worn. Needs some upgrades. soaps and shampoos would be appreciated. Also changing beach towels more than once a week would be nice Easy access to the beach and the staff is very pleasant

Nice place to stay

The “superior” room was not as advertised, and didn't even contain the basics you would expect to find in any room such as a kettle. The windows are made of shutters, but no glass (!) and therefore absolutely no barrier against noise from outside. Worse yet, it rained heavily one night and I was awakened by the raindrops on my face. The lunch/dinner buffet consisted of a handful of food trays. If you don't eat meat (vegetarian/vegan), there is nothing for you besides salad - certainly not worth the meal price. Buying your own groceries isn't really an option without even a kettle in the room - one can only eat so many baguettes without a meal during a week-long stay. I can't justify giving this resort a good rating considering what it costed versus the experience. Not value for money.

Infinity pool was great and easy access to the beach that calm and quite. The hotel should consider including hand soap and bottle water in each room as the one I stayed in had none. Otherwise the hotel has a nice location and amenities.

We arrived from our flight at the desk and the room was suppose to be available starting from 3pm. At 3h15 the time we arrived, the room was not ready with no approximate time to when it would be available. The desk clerk seemed to find that normal and even had an attitude when we were surprised that it was not ready. The internet wifi was off for more then 24h. With no way to know when it would come back and again for them that was no problem. Coming from canada we don't have the same phone rate as in France so it can be costly to use our own internet data. On a better note, the hotel is very well situated, close to a walking/running trail route du littoral. It has 2 pools, easy parking, everything for the kitchen when you take the room with it. Not so far from the airport. A very good breakfast buffet with good coffee. And of course right next to the beach. The mattress was very hard but most of the beds in La Martinique are the same.

I loved every bit of my stay

If you are staying less then 3 nights you won't get a beach towel, no exception.. Amenities are basic not to say close to none. No cups or glasses in the room and had to negotiate for 10 minutes just to get 2 glasses to the room. The hotel is very busy and crowded. Breakfast options are very limited and very poor quality. It was my 3rd hotel on the island during our stay and sad to say the worst experience.On the good side the location to explore south of the island is very convenient.

Emplacement incroyable : vue sur la mer et les lointaines montagnes! J'ai pris une suite avec vue sur la mer. Pour le service, on a attendu 30 minutes pour avoir la chambre et on omis de nous donner des informations nécessaires sur le site comme le code de la bariere pour aller à la plage. Nous étions incapable de revenir sur le site...une chance qu'il y avait un autre client pour nous donner le code. L'accueil du restaurant sur le site fut médiocre et le service. La nourriture était relativement bonne. En raison de la qualité du service, je vais donner un 3.5 sur 10.
