This is a very special property and hotel. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return again someday. Just be aware that the surf and winds on the Atlantic side of the island are more pronounced so if you want tranquil water you would want to stay on the west side of the island. But this is a wonderful place and we are used to waves and found the trade winds very refreshing.

Second to none in terms of location. Probably has expanded too much as now has a complex feel rather than the exclusive hotel that it used to have. But a very unique holiday experience and recommended.

After getting into the room find there is no dryer. Ask them for the dryer around 8 PM and they brought the hair dryer at 11 PM. Not satisfied at all.

This staff are amazing- Room is immaculate. The overall atmosphere of this property reflects peace and tranquility-Looking for a “RESET” in your life - from chaos to peace - Try this place- With that said - The beach experience is not the best - Lots of sea-weed and rough water- That’s Mother Nature . Book and enjoy.

The views of the ocean were breathtaking. The staff wasn’t as attentive to certain guest of color. It was very disheartening in some areas. Besides that experience wasn’t too bad & I enjoyed my stay

Everything on point

Service could be improved.

The room was spotless, the staff friendly. The food was variable in quality and I had not realized how much walking was involved getting around. You could ask for a golf cart, but that often involved quite a wait.

The Crane is a wonderful hotel. Location is fabulous. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hard to find condo style living in a full resort atmosphere

Our room was well cleaned daily and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The room was never cleaned properly. The cups were never washed. The handles flew off the furniture and never fixed although I made a note of it. The bathroom did not flush properly. I made a need too. There was no phone inside the room.

Everything to buy was cashless. Staff were cheerful and very helpful. Weather was beautiful. The food from the Azure restaurant was not as good as expected.

No hot water, delay in getting room, no beach chairs

Resort and amenities were great however the service by staff was extremely slow and attention to detail / customer service was lacking compared to restaurants we went to off site. We were here 10 years ago and service was quite different during this stay.

The resort is exceptionally beautiful. The beach is incredible, the village style atmosphere of the buildings and the gardens are all superb. Food is excellent, service was good. It's expensive, but you get a great experience. Barbados in general was really good as well. Safe, fun, beautiful, friendly.
