Absolutely fabulous hotel in pristine condition. Everything from the rooms to the pool, beach, golf course, etc. are maintained beautifully and are very modern and clean. The beaches and pools aren't very crowded, so you feel like you're having a private stay. Service was exceptional, especially the room attendants. Every detail is thought through, such as having coolers with icy cold water at every pool & beach seat. Views are stunning. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for paradise. It fits a variety of traveler types as well - couples, families with children, etc. There is something for everyone from exceptional golf to delicious restaurants to relaxing pools and beachfront to activities like the water park, mini golf, bocce ball, playgrounds, etc. We never left the resort and never felt the desire to. Absolutely incredible all around!!!

Overall a very nice place to stay. We stayed on the Merrywing side. There are some simple things they could do better to bring it up a notch. Gym- fill the automatic disinfectant station or leave wipes. You feel a bit grimey as there is no way to clean anything before or after using. Room Cleaning- never replaced hand towels or face cloths. We went to Waves upon arriving while our room was being readied and waiting 20 minutes at counter bar. We asked for drink menu but no one ever came to take our order so we left. Bar staff could use a bit more training. Several employees give the vibe they couldn’t care less about being there.

Fabulous 2 night stay for my birthday with my husband and 2 young kids. The hotel is just beautiful and very relaxing. The waterpark is great and we loved that it was really fun for the kids but not too crowded. All the dining options we tried were lovely. We hope to be back!

This is one of the best resorts we've visited out of 13 countries.

Rooms and amenities were nice. Service uneven. Incentive trip groups hovered in the hotel lobby during entire stay. These groups should be managed in a separate room away from the main hotel entrance. Very tacky! Food and beach were solid. Overall very overpriced!

Lovely place but missed on the details. Staff is warm and engaging but sometimes lacked knowledge or required follow up to meet the request. If it wasn’t so expensive it would be excellent all around but for the $$ we expected better

Unbelievable, incredible, amazing! This has exceeded all expectations. Not only was the staff wonderful and accommodating, the resort is beautiful and the food is Michelin star! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This property was so relaxing. The island itself is a gem but the property adds the sparkle every gem needs. I hated to go home but will be back.

Everything was fabulous ,clean, friendly and helpful staff.

I originally booked for 4 nights and ended up extending my stay. It is low season so there were not a lot of people at the property but I enjoyed it. No long waits or packed pools. The service was great and the staff were pleasant and attentive. Justin checked on me anytime he seen me and anything I needed he took care of it. Yasmieri at the spa was excellent. I definitely plan to go back.

I was recently there for 1 night only. I had the most relaxing time and the hotel staff was so welcoming throughout my whole entire stay. Specifially Shernel (front desk) & Derek (GM) thanks again for making my stay totally worth it.
