Entering the room, the floor was wet as if it had been mopped but it didn't dry. The bathroom smelled of pee and was unclean. Asking to move rooms was not possible, they could only clean it again. My sandals that I had left outside left dirty marks on the wet floor and weren't cleaned. The bathroom smelled of a strong cleaner. There was still a faint smell of pee. How can I have a vacation in a room like that? It's better to just move hotels.

Location is good. Food and Mart is near from Hotel

This could be your accommodation destination every time you visit Bandung.

With an affordable price, I think it is quite satisfying.

Please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and room facilities, otherwise it's okay.

At the beginning of check-in, I got a room on the ground floor which was a bit far away, there was no signal, the room was stuffy, there was no air circulation and it smelled like a public toilet, maybe the smell came from the toilet or there was a leak, luckily I complained and was given a room on the 1st floor which was quite comfortable, if I hadn't been moved, I would have screamed and complained about all 1 stars, even though the new room also had no windows, but the room was quite spacious and had a network and was better, it seemed to have been upgraded, the rest was okay for that price because it was in the city center, in my opinion it was okay, the point is if there was anything uncomfortable, you can immediately complain

The sink in the toilet was flooded.

Actually for the room, I got a fairly large one, but the AC was broken. Tried to ask for another room but they said it was full. Engineering has checked but it's still the same. And for the bathroom, it's uncomfortable and dirty. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

I've always wanted to try Zodiak because of its location close to the station. Once I tried it, I regretted it. Got a room on the 1st floor. It smelled musty so the bed and pillows smelled too (it was obvious there was water seepage) and the distance between the toilet and the bathroom wall was too close. I don't know about the ones on other floors. Hopefully it can be input and can be improved. Actually the AC can be set to a Dehumidifier but the remote can't change modes. Even the TV remote to turn on the TV doesn't work.

Yellow water, no hot water, wifi doesn't work, bed sheets have a lot of stains.

Booked without seeing reviews. Wanted to cancel but couldn't. Arrived nervously. Turns out it wasn't as bad as expected. But there are indeed many things that need to be fixed. Room 123, The door handle to enter is broken and difficult to tap. The 2nd night the drinking water in the hallway was all gone. The 2nd day we went out, returned to the room and was entered by room service, fortunately there were no valuables. We complained that we shouldn't have been allowed to enter if we didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, but the hotel's reason was that we needed information that the room didn't need to be cleaned. Overall, it's not as bad as we thought (based on reviews from Traveloka and Google Maps), but it does need a lot of improvements

Clean, comfortable, and maintain.

1. small and narrow bathroom 2. TV does not work at all 3. No tea and coffee provided in the room 4. Soap and shampoo do not foam at all

Actually the room is comfortable, but the look is a bit old and the bathroom and AC are already yellowing :(, for breakfast there is little variation and the menu is not really into my liking because of the taste and the dining area is messy. Hopefully it will be improved in the future.

Dirty yellow bathroom water. Dirty room. No slippers. No hot water. No drinking water. No standard hotel room like usual. Breakfast is very simple, even no black coffee. Photos on traveloka are not appropriate. Old photos are not updated. The condition of the hotel is now very different. Not recommended to stay here. Especially bringing family.

All OK but maybe the bathroom should be cleaned regularly, the WI-FI is also not working very well. But overall according to the price👍🏻
