Comfortable hotel... Close to Bandung Station

If it's just for sleeping, it's okay, but so far the bathroom isn't clean, the water is yellow.

The entrance to the room is slick, the toilet and bathroom need renovation, the tile floor is not very clean.

The bathroom smelled. The TV picture was blurry. The yellow rice for breakfast was crumbly, seemingly undercooked.

The hotel staff are friendly in their service, responsive when there is damage and quick in tidying up the room.

I didn't end up staying there, I changed rooms twice and they were all full of cockroaches, I even asked the staff to sell me the room again because I have a baby and it's impossible to sleep there, it's such a shame to have booked but not stay there.

Got a very spacious room. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Location is close to Bandung Station, but because it's a one-way street, if you order a taxi, you have to turn around and go back.

The location is close to Kartika Sari center, many places can be reached on foot.

The location is okay, but the rooms are cramped and dirty. There are mosquitoes and cockroaches too, huhu. If you have this budget, you can get something better at Vio.

Frankly, we were disappointed, even though this was our first time staying here. As soon as we entered the room, the bathroom door handle was loose, the toilet and sink water were clogged and cloudy, and there was no water at all. Customer service said, "Keep turning it on until the water is clear." Although it was clear, the water smelled of metal. The AC wasn't cold enough and made a lot of noise, disrupting our sleep. It was beyond our expectations.

The toilet still has dirt (feces) + is crusty, indicating that it is rarely cleaned.

The staff is friendly and there's free valet parking available since it was fully booked when I visited. The room amenities are quite good and okay.

The AC remote is broken, the AC is noisy, can't sleep. The water faucet is stuck, instead of being fixed, they sell the room. The room smells. This hotel's bathroom interior is really old-fashioned, it should be fixed, not just looking at it, the bed is sagging so when you wake up you feel sore.
