There is no drinking water in the room 🥲. If you want to check in from the parking lot to the lobby, it's quite a walk, but it's okay, the room is comfortable.

I have been using Swissbell Hotel for 3 years when I went on a business trip to Samarinda but yesterday the receptionist service was very, very unsupportive, because the AC leaked badly, like 2 glasses spilled and it was right in the suitcase area but the receptionist didn't care about my suitcase that was spilled with AC and didn't move to another room, they just cleaned it while my suitcase was exposed to AC water.

THE ROOM IS OKAY, THE ONLY THING I WONDER IS WHY I AM IN AN EQUIPMENT ROOM BUT THERE IS NO FRIDGE, WHILE THE STANDARD TYPE HAS A FRIDGE. RRS FOR THE FOOD, YOU SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO IT, THE MENU IS LITTLE, THE FOOD THAT IS ALREADY OUT IS SLOW TO BE REFILLED
