All okay, no problems during the stay, ample parking, unfortunately the basement is only for the valley and costs 100 thousand, food is okay, room is okay. Thank you.

Classy and very comfortable hotel

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, especially my children and grandchildren were very happy, both the service, the room, and the food. Hopefully, I'll have the opportunity to come here again.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel, the location is strategic and many food counters are outside the hotel. Many varieties of food during breakfast.

The hotel’s location is very close to Mall Tunjungan Plaza, which is one of the iconic malls in Surabaya, central of Surabaya. Staffs are very friendly. The hotel is also clean, yet we can say the hotel is quite old. The interior is very classic, like a neo-classy concept.

Friendly staff, delicious food and lots of choices, spacious and clean rooms, gym facilities, sauna, etc. are very good.

The staff and manager are all nice and friendly. The location is very strategic, close to everything. See you next time.
