My kids love this hotel because it has a bathtub. It's a luxurious hotel but at a great price, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I've stayed here several times, and if there's a problem with the room, I report it to the staff, and they quickly respond, and if they can't, they can move rooms. 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel's strategic location is close to the Transjakarta bus stop. Finding dinner nearby is easy, and most importantly, the bathroom's water runs smoothly, cleanly, and quickly.

The security was unfriendly. They didn't even say good afternoon and were very unhelpful when we were carrying our suitcases and having trouble opening the hotel door. They just stood there silently beside us.

The hotel staff were all very friendly. I was able to upgrade my room at no extra cost because I was on vacation with my family. The swimming pool was also great for kids. I'll be taking my kids there next time.

It's always busy, and there are plenty of options for exchanging money, some open 24 hours. We didn't hesitate to stay longer, instead we extended our stay.

This is my second stay at Hotel P Jayakarta. Despite being a relatively old hotel, it maintains its exceptional quality and service. Everyone, from the security staff to the receptionist, is friendly.

The room is spacious, but because it's an old hotel, many of the appliances are broken. The sink could also use some repairs.
